Dealership was very nice to me. The young lady that answered patiently listened to my problem and then gave me a time in which to bring my car in that same day. Service would work my problem in and g answered patiently listened to my problem and then gave me a time in which to bring my car in that same day. Service would work my problem in and get things taken care of.. Upon my arrival Tanner took a look at my flat tire and said that it could be patched and that they'd get right to it. Within an hour Tanner delivered my car just right outside the waiting area and said they were done and that there was no charge. Obviously, I was VERY pleased with the time that it took and the cost. Thank you!!! More

Had issues with parts replacement on my Kona. Felt like it was my fault part broke then it was up to me to get my own transportation to/from dealer. took car in for service and they didn't even check the fluids had to go back to get them filled then they tried to play it off as if they just didn't fill it to the top. Went for oil change. Service manger Justin was very helpful and friendly even with the clean up of oil spot on seat. Needed help with blue link problem and Patrick fixed very easily.
