They canceled the first couple scheduled appointments then didn’t turn up on the third appointment they scheduled. I called to enquire and they said they’d get back to me. Made my appointment several weeks in advance. But when I got the service center I was told I might have to wait 5 hrs for service guys to look at car. Why the long wait?
