I think this dealership has been affected negatively by the ongoing construction and lack of staff. There were several issues over the duration of my car’s service. Getting a hold of someone to talk about my car was a nightmare, and I had to visit the site myself multiple times to figure out what’s going on. My service advisor changed without notifying me. My car was once left in the open during a thunderstorm with the driver door being open - no-one would cover it up so I had to go there myself to do it. When I finally received the car back after 4 months - the fuel tank was nearly empty and tire pressure was low in all 4 tires. More
