I am highly disappointed in the service I received during my entire servicing experience. My vehicle was at the Edmond Hyundai service shop for roughly a week and a half before work was started on my vehicl my entire servicing experience. My vehicle was at the Edmond Hyundai service shop for roughly a week and a half before work was started on my vehicle. I called the shop Friday, a few days after my vehicle was dropped off, for an update. I was told parts were ordered and would be in Monday. I did not receive a call about my vehicle. I called Thursday morning for an service update and I was told someone would return my call. I waited until Monday of the next week to hear back. No call, so I called Monday morning. The customer service lady was pleasant and said she’ll put in a request to have someone call me back the same day. The request was not fulfilled. The next day I made a visit to Hyundai’s shop for an update on my vehicle. The parts were ordered and in, but sadly my vehicle was forgotten about. No one knew who was suppose to be doing the repairs. Might be why I never received a call back. Tanner was second to non in his wonderful service, but the negative experience over powered his charming assistance. Amazingly, my vehicle was finished the next day after my surprise visit. I assume the shop was backed up on services. I tried to be understanding, but when I received my vehicle. The service people didn’t pull my vehicle around to me, I was given the keys and pointed in the direction of where my car was. My vehicle was covered in a thick dust, bird droppings, and oil hand prints from the mechanic on the inside of the driver’s door. Later, I discovered the cover to my battery wasn’t put back on just it laying in the trunk. I hope others receive better service. More
After my recent experience my mistrust for Edmond Hyundai has increased from a bad buying experience to now recommending of repairs that was recently done by the dealership itself. Scheduled an appt for almost 2 weeks in advance to get a recall fixed and didn’t find out until waiting over 2 hours that the part was not previously placed on order and I would have to come back. It takes 45 min each way as well and I’m sure will take yet another good amount of time to be fixed. Very disappointing and a huge waste of my time. More

Average dealership, I know they are under construction but they could have a nice place for customers to wait.
