Poor customer service. I wasn't able to schedule an appointment because they were booked up. I was told to simply drop off my vehicle and they would work it in when they could, which they did. Out the gate, before even inspecting my car, I was told I would need to pay for an engine flush that would cost me around $500, which may or may not fix my problem. It was also very difficult to get in touch with my service technician. I was transferred several times to 'his voicemail' and left messages, but never received a return call. Apparently, it was an previous tech's voicemail and it hadn't been set up for him yet. More
Great service. However my computer was not reset to indicate when service is required. I called and left voicemail yesterday and no one called. This constitutes a negative on your service. Prior to service this was related to the service department. I can understand not resetting the computer but not returning my call is unacceptable. More
