First oil change, either it was real sloppy or I have an oil leak in my new Palisade. Dip stick says it is full of oil, so my guess is sloppy workmanship. Oil is all over the bottom cover of engine bay, a oil leak in my new Palisade. Dip stick says it is full of oil, so my guess is sloppy workmanship. Oil is all over the bottom cover of engine bay, and my garage floor. Grrrrr!! If it wasn’t already paid for, I would not go back. You want 5 star ratings, then do 5 star work. Check in was excellent, shop let you down. More

Normally I don’t have issues but this time I did, I dropped my car off at 10:45 appointment was at 11am, I had agreed to the 19.99 additive I had to get for the engines for life, 3 hours later due to n dropped my car off at 10:45 appointment was at 11am, I had agreed to the 19.99 additive I had to get for the engines for life, 3 hours later due to no call nothing letting me know it was ready I went to the service to find out my car had been ready and I was being charged over 30, the lady who helped me said she would waive the extra for my inconvenience but it shouldn’t have had to be since I didn’t even know about it, I understand the construction but I don’t understand the rest no reason for it. More
