I was not happy with our experience. It took them two days just to get the car looked at with bad communication on Edmond Hyundai’s end. I told them what was wrong with the car yet they did a complete i days just to get the car looked at with bad communication on Edmond Hyundai’s end. I told them what was wrong with the car yet they did a complete inspection of the car and tried to sell us on $5000+ of repairs. Then it was supposed to take 3 days to get the part but we didn’t get our car back for 6 days again with no communication about why it was taking so long. Will not be coming back More
The drivers for the shuttle service were either not wearing masks or took their mask off while I was in the car. Since shuttle drives can be over 15 minutes, shuttle drivers should at least ask their p wearing masks or took their mask off while I was in the car. Since shuttle drives can be over 15 minutes, shuttle drivers should at least ask their passenger what they feel comfortable with. Additionally, a part on my car for my rear light socket wiring was broken when I came in. I informed the representative that I bout the part from Hyundai less than a year ago so I should be getting it replaced with the 12 month warranty. A short term fix is to just replace the brake light, which Hyundai did without telling me. I worry that this fix will get me just pay my warranty and then the new brake light will go out again (it does this because the part I replaced is not working). Since this happened last year on my car, I know what to look for and will know if the brake light goes out soon that it is because of the part. I am expecting to still be eligible for my warranty replacement for the part since I informed Hyundai at my appointment. The part was purchased Feb 17 2021 and went out Jan 18 2022. More
