First of all, I wasn’t told about the massive construction on site and had trouble even getting to the service center. Secondly, the service tech that was assigned to me didn’t call to give repor construction on site and had trouble even getting to the service center. Finally, when the techs took off the undercarriage cover that was dragging, they didn’t secure the one behind it and I ended up dragging it under my vehicle on the highway going 70 miles per hour. I tried to call about this the next day and couldn’t get anyone to return my calls. Now I’m just hoping that I don’t have to pay more for their error… I already know that I have to wait for parts to come in. A frustrating situation was made worse. More

I have a Palisade that is almost a year old that has had an issue with the back door from the beginning. The part was ordered and the door was fixed.
