4 hours for an oil change on both occasions I’ve been in for service on my 2020 Sonata. And I’ve been trying for over a year to get a second key fob that was supposed to come with my brand new Sonata. Have for service on my 2020 Sonata. Have stopped into Edmond Hyundai 7 times to request the key fob after being completely ignored by sales and service team on phone and text. Would not recommend this dealership. No common decency and definitely no service after the sale. More
