My vehicle was in for a windshield washer motor- they replace the motor but did NOT fill with any fluid. Never called when the part came in- I had to call them. Service said that the scheduling departmen replace the motor but did NOT fill with any fluid. Never called when the part came in- I had to call them. Service said that the scheduling department would call me so I could set an appointment for early in the week - I never received a call - I had to call them, then they said I had to wait till Thursday for an appointment. So all and all not a very good experience with the service dept. More

Service adviser was good and received frequent calls with updates on repair status. The only complaint I have is that the car was clean when.
