I like the people and service, but I bought a fiat and they are not cheap to work on so I hate going there because it's going to cost me and I live so far away. Part of their recommendation for nearly $900 worth of extra services during my oil change included an immediate tire rotation due to excessive tread wear on the front tires. Problem is that all 4 tires were brand new as of 2 days before service. They had, at most, 10 miles on them so the dealer lied to me. What else do they lie about to gouge people into paying for extra, unneeded services? More

Thoroughly tested my Palisade for wind noise. Checked for proper tech specs for window channels. Drove my vehicle and a comparable Palisade and stated both were comparable.
