1st time on since we bought our car. So, service was done and come to find out that they didn't do part of their checklist!! And it was something that was told them to do ahead of time....with that happening...you question other items that were not done since it is a brand new car and there is no way to know I guess More
Normally service is great. The back passenger rim is slightly bent (preexisting), and when moved to the front there was a clear rumbling noise when driving it. I took the car to Hibdon. They pointed out the tire problems and the rim. The inspection form says fluids need servicing, but I wasn't asked if I wanted it resolved. Same with the tires and brake linings. More
