I came in to have my air conditioner serviced. They told me a tail light was out. I’ve had to put in a bulb Before so did t think much of it. I brought my care in at 9:00am. At 2:30 pm they text me a long list that needed attention immediately. One was the brakes and then they came back and said I had 3-4000 miles left. They could wait. But my tail lights were going to cost $ 1000.00. I said wait that I just wanted air conditioning fixed. I finally left at 3:30. More

It took over a week to do brakes and tires. Part of it was on me. The pricing was so much higher than going to Tires Plus or another company. The car does run better but after the fact, I realized we paid about 25% more than if I would have taken it somewhere else. More
