Customer service is HORRIBLE. They can’t get parts and don’t know when they will or where parts go once they do come in. No loaners so I didn’t have a car for a week. I was told my car would be there for a few days for repair, power steering. It was there for 5 days, still no part or loaner so I went and picked up my car. Driving it with no power steering. I’ve called many times and keep getting different answers. Called corporate office, got case number but still haven’t talked to my case manager. You can do better. I regret buying a Hyundai, will never recommend a Hyundai. My niece is having same issue with her Hyundai that broke down while traveling out of state. More

They attempted to get us to have service performed that was not needed, because they were too busy to check our service record. Frankie Lugo was the service rep who used to help us. I dont really like that they said my part would come in on Wednesday and my car will be finished on Wednesday and then they call me and said oh the part didn't come in and it'll be an extra week and then I on Wednesday and my car will be finished on Wednesday and then they call me and said oh the part didn't come in and it'll be an extra week and then I try to call back to see if I can get a rent car no answer but I remember them saying when I dropped it off that they don't have rental cars for us so something is wrong with your dealership and stuff has to start happening right More
they have told me on 3 different occasions repairs were needed that another dealership told me was not....they recently told me my 1 week old cabin air filter needed to be replaced due to it being blue in needed that another dealership told me was not....they recently told me my 1 week old cabin air filter needed to be replaced due to it being blue in color (as if something had been spilled on it)...um....yah....it was blue because it was a blue filter...also failed to reset my oil change indicator....good thing their techs are factory trained...lmao More
