The dealership took three months to fix my car but the whole time I couldn't get an accurate answer on what was going on with my car and how long. When I finally did get my car they said they put brand ne whole time I couldn't get an accurate answer on what was going on with my car and how long. When I finally did get my car they said they put brand new tires on there which was a lie. I bought the tires right before the accident and there was brown stains on my ceiling of the car on the back seats and floor coffee like substance? A cigarette burn in my front passenger seat. I do not smoke. A burn on the plastic of my shift gear. All the fuses are blown out of my car. The never fixed my tire sensor system it beeps everytime I turn on my car I can't see what my tire pressure is anymore. The lady who check me out the manager was very rude and snappy when I was asking questions about my car. Every week I had to call to get an update on the status of my car and couldn't get and accurate answer had to go up there physically and My Mother and I stood there for 15 to 20 minutes and no one helped us but helped every other customer that came in. I will never get a car from here again or recommend anyone get a car here because of the lack of customer service. I'm still currently waiting on a part they are supposed to put on my car but haven't heard from them since I paid to get my car out. This dealership has changed for the worst since I first purchased my car there in January 2020. More
Misty Dearing was very nice and easy to work with. My problem was how many times I had to take my car in to get the ONE problem I had fixed. The latch inside next to driver seat would not open cover My problem was how many times I had to take my car in to get the ONE problem I had fixed. The latch inside next to driver seat would not open cover of gas tank. I waited and they thought they had fixed it. Went to fill gas again and same problem, took it back. Well, a part needed replaced. When that part came in they found an additional part was needed. During this time courtesy drivers would pick me up and take me home. All drivers were very nice and pleasant. Misty was able to get me a courtesy car when they found I needed a third part. My car was at dealership for a week. I was extremely disappointed when they brought my car around. Mind you my car was clean inside and out when I left it with them. Car was filthy outside and inside. Misty had it washed off after I asked her if they could do that. When I got home I noticed there was dried red dirt everywhere, back of seats, speakers on door and floor mats. Sorry to say I am wondering if this is how it is going to be from now on when I take my car in. Especially since this was the first time I ever had it for service. More

I'd call and leave a voicemail trying to get an answer/explanation/update and never get a call back. I'd text and get a response that they would check on something and then never hear back until I followed up again later. I've shared this story with so many people looking for cars right now and I'm not normally a sharer, but I was annoyed the entire time. More
I sat in the very hot waiting room for 5 hours waiting for my car to be serviced. I asked for an update around hour 3, and nobody was able to give me any updates on my vehicle. Brought car in for wobbly sound under hood at 120,000 miles. After a week, diagnosed rack and pinion replacement for $1800. No resolution. Took it back, still no resolution and no work guarantee.
