The service at this place needs a lot of work. I waited for 2 hours for a recall fix. When my vehicle was done, they told me that they didn’t have the part and they would have to order it! Everytime i go for service somethi g goes wrong. Manager flipit. Always plays down mistakes. All my other hyundais did not need airfilters every time. Service before 8/22 oil changer screwed filter on too tight caused seal to blow had to go back service manager said "everyone makes mistakes" not what i expected. After they cleaned up auto smelled like oil for several days maybe this is why i need new filters so soon. Called and got Manny said my next service to ask for him any day but Wednesday. Told at beginning of covid would have extra added but nothing still never had a car wash yet! My next auto will not be from Edmond Hyundai. I told Manny this and said i was not filling out survey but now have been emailed it 2 more times so now this is how i feel. I told him i had nothing good to say he said he understood. More

They did the work well but the diagnosis fee going up and not being rolled, even partially, into the job price was frustrating.
