Dealership is dishonest and does poor work I have tried to come to a resolve with this dealership that call themselves professionals, but after being hung up on and no call back…I feel this rev I have tried to come to a resolve with this dealership that call themselves professionals, but after being hung up on and no call back…I feel this review is only right. Hopefully others will see the poor quality of work done by this dealership. Back in March 2017, my husband and I bought a 2015 BMW X5 from Edmond Hyundai. Everything was fine until around March 2018 when I noticed significant oil leaks from the car in our garage. So, we scheduled and appointment at the dealership on March 23rd to get it looked at. After looking at the car, I was advised by the technician that the reason for the leak was due to the oil cap not securely fastened from the previous oil change we had scheduled at the dealership prior to that date (meaning it was them admitting fault). He advised me that they tightened the oil cap and it should resolve the issue of the oil leak. Since that appointment, we continued to drive the car and kept up with our regular maintenance with Edmond Hyundai. In November, on our way to Tulsa to visit family for the Thanksgiving holidays, a “check oil level” light came on while we driving which prompted my husband to call the dealership to schedule an oil change appointment on November 23rd. While at the dealership, my husband made a complaint about an oil leak prior to them changing the oil and they advised they will look at it and let him know the outcome. My husband was then advised that they could not find the source of the leak, but they cleaned the engine and wiped the excess oil, and then advised my husband to drive the car a while and bring it back if the problem persists. On November 29th, not even a week after my husband took car to the dealership, on our way home a “battery charge malfunction” light came on and turn caused the engine to lock up and shut off, leaving us stranded on the side of the road with our baby. The next morning, we got the car towed to a BMW dealership to get it looked at. They ran diagnostics and we were told the engine malfunction was due to an oil leak in the engine. We were advised that the costs to repair the vehicle is almost $5,000. At this time our car sitting at the dealership and will not even start, leaving us without a vehicle. After multiple attempts to reach out to the Edmond Hyundai and see if they would help us with these cost, we have not received any help or response. My husband spoke with Wes Baker on 12-3-18 and he told my husband to send over an email with the damages done. My husband sent the email to Wes Baker and called him and still has not received any kind of response. I am writing this review because I hope it alerts others to not trust these technicians or car salesman like we did. More
Edmond Hyundai has by far the worst customer service! Edmond Hyundai scammed me out of $350 worth of repairs that should’ve be covered by warranty. The company failed to submit my repair bill to the warra Edmond Hyundai scammed me out of $350 worth of repairs that should’ve be covered by warranty. The company failed to submit my repair bill to the warranty department purposely so I would have to pay for the repairs out of pocket. Then they did not fix the issue and I had to bring my car back in once again less than 6 months later for the same issue. Needless to say my warranty expired because they would not return my phone calls and kept giving away my appointments! After 2 weeks of trying to get the car fixed and calling multiple times with no response I eventually had to pick up my car since they would not fix it and wanted me to pay an additional $700 for repairs covered under my warranty! Edmond Hyundai workers are rude and inconsiderate and have no customer service skills at all. Take head and never go there More

I had to ask receptionist what was going on after waiting another 30 minutes they bring me I sat at Edmond Hyundai for over 2 hours for an oil change. I had to ask receptionist what was going on after waiting another 30 minutes they bring me my car and receipt of what was done. I drive off thinking my oil is changed 2 weeks later my car dies in traffic, had anybody been behind me at full speed would have ran into me. I got my car towed home to find out i didnt have a drip of oil in my car. I contact Edmond Hyundai to let them know the situation. They told me they would investigate it. So now they basically tell me its ok they didn't do their job and i just jave a case of bad luck. Please make sure you go back with the service guy to ensure they are doing what they say. Apparently i was suppose to check they work after they signed off stating they did. More
Poor Service int eh service department I took my car in for an oil change, was told I needed my 30K mile service and that it would take about an hour to an hour and a half. Thought, OK.. I I took my car in for an oil change, was told I needed my 30K mile service and that it would take about an hour to an hour and a half. Thought, OK.. I need to maintain my car let's do this. Three hours later, I had to call and my car was almost ready.... no apology from my service person or anything. I missed my daughter's appointment. Spoke with the new Service Manger he indicated the service rep "knew it would take longer than the said hour and he shouldn't have told me an hour to make the sale, but sometimes that is what they do, even though they know better... really!!!! If i would have been told it was a three hour service I might have been okay with that, would have made other arrangements for my other appointments for sure. Lying to someone to get their business and setting false expectations is just wrong. I am telling EVERYONE I know about my personal experience and not to go here. So far over 800 people have seen it on my FB page and I have Tweeted... word of mouth helps others not experience this same thing. I should have went back to Hyde Automotive.. they are amazing on 10th and May.. lesson learned ... next time. More

How to exceed expectations? Simple. Following procedure. I took my car for the Stop Lamp Switch Campaign and for the regular car service. After 2 and something hours they returned the car without any descri I took my car for the Stop Lamp Switch Campaign and for the regular car service. After 2 and something hours they returned the car without any description of what was done to it. While driving down to Oklahoma City I realized that the Cruise Control was not working and the "Next Service" sticker on the windshield was not updated. I drove back to the dealership and realized that the Stop lamps were turned on even though the car was off. After approximately more than 10 minutes, George brings back the car saying that they had done the stop lamp switch job wrong the first time; increasing the risk of a crash if I may add.The next day, I realized that the Windshield water pump was empty. What’s funny is, that on the Multi Inspection sheet they marked it as OK. They clearly lied.Following the MPI process they would have caught the Stop Lamp Switch issue as well. They did such a poor job that they did not send me a survey email for the car inspection done on July 12th. Overall, this tells me that Edmond Hyundai is completely unprofessional and irresponsible for not following something so simple and basic as the Multi Point Inspection. So now I'm wondering, did they really do a Tire Rotation inspection?Maybe I should have marked the tires to prove if this inspection had been done. Although they are pretty good at charging though I'll give them that, after paying almost $80 for a poor car service. But no worries, I'll just go somewhere else and warn other families' More
i came into contact with the dealership in a different way than usual. it just happened that the managing director of edmond hyundai accidentally bumped into my mini cooper. the door was dented in. he acc way than usual. it just happened that the managing director of edmond hyundai accidentally bumped into my mini cooper. the door was dented in. he accepted that it was his fault right away and explained to me that if i'd bring my car into his dealership that he'd repair it and give me something to drive until it was done. all i got was his name and phone number. he seemed like an honest guy so i didn't get his insurance or tag number or anything. later, i wondered if i'd been stupid. the next day however, i called david and he again said to bring the car in. i did, and he loaned me a 2013 sonata and even gave me money for gas. he called at least 2 times to update me on the progress. he explained that he didn't think it would look right to just patch it so he ordered a new door. one week later, he called to tell me my mini was ready. when i went to pick it up, it looked great and they'd even washed it up. the fact that he had fixed the car was great, but what impressed me the most is they courtesy he and his staff gave me. my car is important to me, but what is more important is being treated with respect and dealing with an honest person. anymore, you're not able to trust just anybody, but david patel is a man of his word. after i picked up my car, he still called to make sure i was happy with it. at this time, i'm not looking to buy a car, but if i know of anyone that is in the market for one, i'd surely send them to him and his friendly staff. i was very pleased with the quality of the work, but even more so with the trustworthy and friendly service i received from edmond hyundai...
