My first was not a good experience because it took forever for a simple oil change; however, This was only my second visit to the service department. My first was not a good experience because it took forever for a simple oil change; however, this time was much better. I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Oil Change The only complaint I have is when I got an oil change the advisor did not inform me that they were going to do an additive. I understand this is requi The only complaint I have is when I got an oil change the advisor did not inform me that they were going to do an additive. I understand this is required as part of the warranty. But when they advertise the "Hyundai Promise" they advertise it as a free and complimentary service and then charge $40 when you pick up your vehicle. It is technically false and faulty advertising. Do not advertise something as "free" and then when the person comes in they are caught off guard by having to pay a fee. Other than that, I have no complaints. More
