Car was not cleaned, and no fluid put in Windshield washer I was lied to from the beginning, knick in brand new car steering wheel and window tinted, the guy that sold me the car said things would be fixed and I was lied to from the beginning, knick in brand new car steering wheel and window tinted, the guy that sold me the car said things would be fixed and taken car of, and now I find out in was fired! Service Visit Gone Wrong - Tire Rotation and Brakes I brought my 2013 Sonata in for an oil change then your service team Kendall Taft called and stated during the vehicle inspection they identified the I brought my 2013 Sonata in for an oil change then your service team Kendall Taft called and stated during the vehicle inspection they identified the front brakes being at a 3 level - recommended new pads and turning the rotors along with cabin & air filter along with tire rotation. Unfortunately, the tire rotation was done incorrectly by placing tires in the wrong and the brakes are now making a terrible noise. I will be bringing the vehicle in today and having a discussion with your team to resolve these issues. As of today - not happy - we shall see what transpires shortly when I arrive at the dealership. More
