Oil Change I had a coupon for an Oil Change, Tire Rotation, Battery Check and a Multi-Point Inspection. I called and made the appointment and I requested to hav I had a coupon for an Oil Change, Tire Rotation, Battery Check and a Multi-Point Inspection. I called and made the appointment and I requested to have my car washed as well. When I got to my appointment, I did forget to mention that I wanted to have my car washed. I figured since I did called it in, the technician (Nathaniel Sutton) would see it in the computer system. I guess not, My car never got washed. I also let the technician know that I am under the reimbursement program for my MPG but the technician put it down as a Recall which, I do not know if I am going to get my reimbursement or not. I also did not get my battery checked which was supposed to have been included on the coupon. And I am so darn tired of a sales person constantly calling me every time I take my car in for an oil change. And I mean EVERY TIME!!! I do not want a new car!! My car is paid for and I do not need another car payment!! More

Stellar service and factory recall repair. I took my SUV into the dealership to have the oil pan replaced per a factory recall. I was fifteen minutes early and they got me right in. They forgot to do my service I dropped my car off Saturday morning at 8:45 for a scheduled recall and oil change. The service technician assured me it would be done in a matter of I dropped my car off Saturday morning at 8:45 for a scheduled recall and oil change. The service technician assured me it would be done in a matter of a few hours but I still wanted to do drop it off and asked that they call me when finished. No call came Saturday. Sunday they’re closed. Monday I have to Uber to work. I call on lunch break and they ask for my name and phone number and the lady said that didn’t have that in the system and transferred me to a manger. He puts me on hold and is very nice by the way but he had to call me back. They call me back and say something about how they had to order something for the software recall... and they were working on it now. I feel like they simply forgot about my car Saturday morning. Either way they did the oil change for free and they were nice enough but I needed my car back Saturday afternoon and had to vastly alter my schedule for a oil change.. More
