This is my first new car. Unfortunately, I went to this dealer ship. I paid much higher amount than its worth. Made a sales agreement for Edmond Hyundai to dealer trade for a 2013 Veloster Turbo with Ultimate Package on Monday 6/17/13. Signed paperwork in finance office even though I had pre-approved financing throu for a 2013 Veloster Turbo with Ultimate Package on Monday 6/17/13. Signed paperwork in finance office even though I had pre-approved financing through my credit union. I had to sign the paperwork to enable the dealership to trade another dealership for the car that I wanted. I was told by finance guy that my car would remain "AS IS" until new vehicle showed at dealership and I had signed over the title to my car to Edmond Hyundai. I was given a loaner Veloster to drive that reeked so bad of smoke that we had to drive with the windows down. I had to vacuum out cigarette ashes, spray Febreeze and clean the door handles from sticky stuff before I could drive it to work the next morning. when I got home, I saw that Norman Hyundai had the exact vehicle I wanted. The next morning I received an email from Mary thanking me on my purchase. I let her know that the loaner was dirty and she wanted me to bring it back. I told her about the vehicle in Norman, and she said it would be no problem to get it and they would have it that evening so no need to bring loaner back for another. Well, I got no notification of trade and I text salesman TJ. I received a text that he would contact me when he got in at 9:00 am the next morning. So I called dealership and asked for TJ, he was with someone; Nathan, he was gone; and Mary, she was gone. I asked for another Sales Manager, I got Hasaan. He told me I would have to call back tomorrow, "BECAUSE HE WAS WITH OTHER GUESTS"!!!! I did not receive a phone call the next day from TJ and got one from Nathan at 3:00 pm on Wednesday 6/19/13 saying that they were having problems getting the vehicle. These vehicles with this package are hard to get. No other dealer would trade with them. I told him I had told Mary about the one in Norman, he said he would call. He did and they would not trade. I decided that they were never going to get a car so I told Nathan I was going to come and get my vehicle. He agreed. When I arrived at dealership, my vehicle was in front. I opened it with the extra key and I noticed it had been detailed, my 13.1 half-marathon sticker was gone, floor mats were in the trunk, an inventory sticker was on the front windshield and the tag was gone. I put my things inside and locked it. I was met by Nathan at the door with the extra key and title. I asked for the locking lug nut lock, the paperwork that I had signed in finance and the tag. He went to get a copy of the paperwork. I was told that TJ had the lug nut lock at his house and I said he needed to get it NOW. He left to get the lock and Nathan looked for my tag. I asked why the vehicle had been touched and told him I was assured by finance guy it would not be touched. He said that was not true and I should not have been told that. TJ brought back lock and tag could not be found. So, now I have to go and get a new tag/decal ($13.50) and waste more of my time and produce a receipt for them to reimburse me. REALLY!!!!!! Do you not trust me to go and get a tag. UNBELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE!!!! And "not a sorry for your time and troubles" or anything from any person at the dealership. I believe that they knew they were never going to get that vehicle and that I would settle for something else, especially since they already had mine ready for the Used Sales lot. VERY ODD?????? More

Was initially in for a repair on a Chevy Aveo that was having engine problems. When it couldn't be repaired they were able to work with me and my family to get a deal on a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. It had som having engine problems. When it couldn't be repaired they were able to work with me and my family to get a deal on a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. It had some hail damage but was otherwise sound and so far I am loving it. The car handles great and Eli, the guy who sold it to me, has made sure that I am taken care in every way possible. More
When I received a mailing from Edmond Hyundai saying I qualified for a new car, I was skeptical. I called the dealership and spoke to Courtney Ford. I had had bad experiences with dealerships before, so qualified for a new car, I was skeptical. I called the dealership and spoke to Courtney Ford. I had had bad experiences with dealerships before, so I told Courtney that I was not coming to the dealership until he had the approval in hand. He ran my credit and spoke to his sales manager and called me back (in less than 10 minutes) and told me he had the approval. Still skeptical, I went down to the dealership on my lunch break. Courtney showed me the cars that were in my price range and I fell in love with the Hyundai Elantra. I took it for a test drive within 10 minutes of being at the dealership. At previous dealerships I had been there for several hours without even once taking a test drive. Everyone there was so friendly and kept offering me drinks. Because they knew I was there on my lunch break, they even offered to order me lunch! Needless to say, I ended up buying the Elantra and I have not regretted it for even a moment. Courtney called me several times after my purchase to make sure I was happy and that everything was going well. Now when I bring my car in for oil changes, Courtney always stops to say hello. The entire experience was the best I've ever had at a car dealership. I will be buying all future cars from Edmond Hyundai! More

This is Why we chose this dealership. We had been researching cars and there were several SUV brands I was interested in. I had been to several dealerships and test drove cars only to be told that I researching cars and there were several SUV brands I was interested in. I had been to several dealerships and test drove cars only to be told that I couldn't get the car I wanted in the price range we could afford (even though their T.V ads promised they could). Edmond Hyundai popped up on one of my internet searches as having a used 2012 Kia Sorento with very low miles on it, which was the SUV I had decided was the right one for me. I went to their website and saw they belonged to a program called Vet-Cars, a group of dealerships committed to treating US military vets with the dignity and respect they deserved. My husband is a veteran, so I decided to give them the chance to impress me. Boy am I glad I did!!! I met Richard Dolan and made it very clear what our budget was and that there was no room for negotiation. Richard and the finance team got us into the car we wanted at the price we could afford with no haggling! How refreshing is that?!! I have bought a few cars in my time and it has always been an extremely stressful experience. Not so with Edmond Hyundai. They actually managed to get the payments just under our max budget! Everyone at the dealership was friendly, professional and courteous. They went above and beyond to make this car buying experience a dream.
