How to exceed expectations? Simple. Following procedure. I took my car for the Stop Lamp Switch Campaign and for the regular car service. After 2 and something hours they returned the car without any descri I took my car for the Stop Lamp Switch Campaign and for the regular car service. After 2 and something hours they returned the car without any description of what was done to it. While driving down to Oklahoma City I realized that the Cruise Control was not working and the "Next Service" sticker on the windshield was not updated. I drove back to the dealership and realized that the Stop lamps were turned on even though the car was off. After approximately more than 10 minutes, George brings back the car saying that they had done the stop lamp switch job wrong the first time; increasing the risk of a crash if I may add.The next day, I realized that the Windshield water pump was empty. What’s funny is, that on the Multi Inspection sheet they marked it as OK. They clearly lied.Following the MPI process they would have caught the Stop Lamp Switch issue as well.They did such a poor job that they did not send me a survey email for the car inspection done on July 12th. Overall, this tells me that Edmond Hyundai is completely unprofessional and irresponsible for not following something so simple and basic as the Multi Point Inspection. So now I'm wondering, did they really do a Tire Rotation inspection?Maybe I should have marked the tires to prove if this inspection had been done. Although they are pretty good at charging though I'll give them that, after paying almost $80 for a poor car service. But no worries, I'll just go somewhere else and warn other families' More

I would like to tell you about the experience our family had at Edmond Hyundai. My son purchased a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee on June 21, 2013. The purchase of the vehicle was a very pleasant experience. T had at Edmond Hyundai. My son purchased a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee on June 21, 2013. The purchase of the vehicle was a very pleasant experience. The sales associate Anthony Gonzalez made us feel like he was looking out for our best interest. Before we went on our test drive Anthony brought us each a bottle of cold water which was very appreciated since that day was very warm. By the time we got back into the dealership everyone was offering bottled water and making sure we were being taken care of. This kind of customer service is not usually common in car dealerships others should be taking notes. A week later after buying the car we have experienced a problem with the electric fan in the cooling system. The fan has quiet working. I called a couple part stores to see if they carried the replacement fan for this vehicle and was told since the car had the towing package the part had to purchased thru a dealership. I proceeded to call several Jeep dealerships and found the price of the part was quite pricey. After this discover and that we only had the vehicle for just over 1 week I decided to call the dealership and explain the issues we were having. I knew that the vehicle was purchased as is and had no warranty but felt with the experience at dealership and there strong customer service that was portrayed during the day of the purchase they might help us. I talked you the Used Car Manager, Charlie Boles, explaining to him that electric fan motor in the cooling system had quit working just over a week since my son had purchased the vehicle. My question to him was if we could possibly purchase the part thru Edmond Hyundai at the dealers cost. He asked me the details of the price and where I found the part to be purchased and told me he would call me back. Within 15 minutes he had me called back with a price and told me that Edmond Hyundai was taking care of part of the price of the part as well. This was very good news since the price of this part was straining our monthly budget. Charlie and Edmond Hyundai have gone well over our expectations and we greatly appreciated all their efforts. Very friendly but very Deceitful. I felt very taken advantage of! . Prices too high and they dont like to come down much. Made promises that weren't kept. Once we started looking at cars the sales men essentially told us that we would have a hard time getting approved for any vehicle we looked around at several vehicles we decided to take our business elsewhere since the sales man was really rude. I went back to the first place that I had went to and got a car that I love and their staff was substantially nicer and worked with us and did everything they could to find us something we would love! I honestly would go to David stanely before I would ever think about coming back to Edmond Hyundai and absolutely despise David Stanley! Worst experience I have ever had to say the least!!!! More
