MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH EDMOND HYUNDAI WAS BY FAR THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. IT STARTED OUT AS A PHONE CALL TO EDMOND HYUNDAI BECAUSE I HAD VISITED (2) DEALERSHIPS PRIOR TO CALLING THEM. BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. WHEN SAMI WAS UNAVAILABLE HE MADE SURE I DEALT WITH MARY WHOM HE INFORMED OF MY WANTS. MARY SENT ME PICS OF THE VEHICLES ON THE LOT. I HADN'T DECIDED ON THE COLOR YET, SHE ASSURED ME THEY COULD GET THE COLOR I WANTED WITH EVERYTHING I SPECIFIED. WHEN I ARRIVED MARY HAD LEFT FOR THE DAY, HOWEVER SHE MADE SURE LADAN WAS READY TO HELP WITH MY PURCHASE. LADAN WAS THE SWEETEST WOMAN EVER. VERY ACCOMMODATING. THEY HAD THE VEHICLE I WANTED PULLED UP TO THE FRONT ALL DETAILED AND READY TO GO. I CHANGED MY MIND ON THE COLOR HOWEVER THEY HAD THE COLOR I WANTED WITH ALL I SPECIFIED ON THE LOT AS WELL. WE WORKED OUT THE PRICE AND WHAT WAS VERY IMPRESSIVE WAS THEY STOOD BEHIND THEIR WORD, UNLIKE THE PREVIOUS DEALER I VISITED. I WENT TO THE FINANCE DEPT. THE ONLY EXTRA CHARGE I INCURRED WAS THE EXTENDED WARRANTY WHICH I OPTED TO PURCHASE. THERE WAS NO PRESSURE AT ANY TIME DURING MY VISIT. EVERY PERSON I HAD THE PLEASURE OF DEALING WITH AT EDMOND HYUNDAI HAS MADE ME FEEL LIKE A VALUED CUSTOMER. THEY HAVE MADE A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR LIFE, I WILL REFER EVERYONE I KNOW TO THEM, GUARANTEED. After visiting another dealership and being asked to wait while not one but two sales people asked me to wait while they went to help others who came in after me. As I sat in their waiting area I saw the Ed while not one but two sales people asked me to wait while they went to help others who came in after me. As I sat in their waiting area I saw the Edmond Hyundai sign across the street. I called them and adviised them that I had credit issues but wanted a new car, they gave my phone call to T. J. who told me to come right over. Never once did he make me feel like I was a bother or give any indication I wouldn't be able to get into a car.
