Great Service I received an email stating they wanted me to trade up from my current vehicle. I purchased a 2010 Smart last year & my ONLY complaint with it was no room for multiple passengers. Being a mother that enjoys outings with the younger girls, I was somewhat restricted with both riding with me. I figured it wouldn't hurt to see what my options were. I told. Justin what I was interested in (Elantra) & he didn't try to sway me from my choice. Sunroof meant higher priced car so it wasn't as important. Test drove one & due to my budget, I went home with a new 2013 Elantra. Hugh counseled me on how to improve my credit score. I feel I got a really good deal & would greatly recommend them. More

Worst Car buying experience I went in on a Saturday to purchase a vehicle. My sales person was D. Reed whom was nice during the purchase of my vehicle. When it was time to visi I went in on a Saturday to purchase a vehicle. My sales person was D. Reed whom was nice during the purchase of my vehicle. When it was time to visit the finance department I worked with Lincoln Moore who was awesome. He made me feel like he wanted to help me with the best financing he could get me. I am very appreciative of Lincoln. However, before I left the lot I pointed out to Reed that one of the rims on the car was bent which I felt was a safety hazard. Reed told me he would have the service department to fix it when I brought it back in on the following Monday for them to change the tires. The dealership kept my car until Thursday. I returned to get my car and noticed the rim was moved from the front of the car to the back. Reed told me to he would set up something for me to come back on Monday, he never called me so I went to the dealership and Reed was not available so I spoke to Ladan whom was very nice and got a supervisor for me which I think he name was Hasan(not sure of spelling). He told me he would take care of it no later than Monday or Tuesday of the following week. I gave them until Friday to call but no call. I called Reed on Friday and asked if I could bring my car and he told me "no, not today". He then said he would call me back. I drove to the dealership anyway because I felt I was getting the run around. When I got there I spoke to Sammy who was also nice and helpful. I explained to him what happened and requested the rim be fixed, which he seen my concern and he came out to see the rim. He had me to wait while he made a phone call to verify if they had a rim. I asked him if they could just switch one from another car and he told me no, they couldn't do that. In the meantime I guess he told Phil why I was there and he came out of the office and made the comment "I don't take demands from people" like he was upset. I didn't want anything for free I just wanted the rim replaced. Sammy did tell me they found a rim and they were waiting on it to come to the store. He did offer me a loaner but when I spoke to Reed he said the rim was coming from Council Rd which was not that far from the lot so I waited. I was at the lot from 11:30-4:30 until they said they delivery person is in Norman waiting on another car and they didn't know when he would get there. By this time I was frustrated and I was talking to my fiance on the phone he asked to speak to Sammy which he only wanted to ask Sammy a question and I guess Sammy thought he was fussing. I told Lincoln that I was leaving and he asked if everything was taken care of and I told him the rim was not there yet. He went to talk to someone and in the meantime, Phil came in the office and told me he didn't have to fix the rim because it was a used car and it was sold as is and he wasn't going to change it if he couldn't get another rim from another place. I think that intimidated more because I wasn't wanting anything for free I just wanted a safety hazard fixed and I would be happy and because Reed nor Hasan had set up anything like they told me they would do. If they had set it up in the beginning all of the confusion would not have happened. Lincoln had me to speak with the parts manager Cheridan and she explained she would make sure the rim came in and set up an appointment for me the next day. I went that Saturday morning and spoke to Cheridan who seen the old rim was broken instantly as she walked up to the car pulled my car back and I was out in no time. That was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Lincoln did offer to redeem the store which I appreciate. I do appreciate the ones that helped me finally get this resolved. A gentleman named Paul picked up the phone and took my info. I disclosed my intentions of wanting to finance this particular vehicle, and he said he would speak with his manager and get back with me. Sure enough, Paul did exactly as he said, and called me back with great news "my manager said we can definitely get you financed for the vehicle, however the monthly payment will be more than you anticipated." I was pleased with the follow-through and honesty of the sales person, so I agreed to come in and take a look at the car the next day. The next day, I went in and the sales associate I spoke with earlier was feeling under the weather that day, so a sales associate named Carla assisted me. She came in and politely introduced herself. I returned the greeting. She told me Paul had given her my info since he couldn't be there to assist me that day. She went back to consult with her manager, and came back with her manager aside her and they informed me that I couldn't get into the 2010 Infinity as I originally anticipated, but could get me into a HYUNDAI brand vehicle. I very much loath HYUNDAI brand vehicles, and I openly expressed that to Carla and her manager. I was upset due to the fact of the information I was previously told. Carla calmed me down, empathized with me, and assured me she would NOT put me in just ANY car, but rather a vehicle that was dependable and affordable at the same time. She could see my frustration, and she pinky-promised me she would make me smile in the end(that's not something ANY sales person has ever done...the pinky-promise is the promise of all promises). I took her word for it and left skeptical for the night. The following day(day 2 of my initial search), I went back in to see Carla, and she said I have great news for you. She said "we are going to put you in a 2014 Sonata" (when previously, they wanted to put me into a 2009 HYUNDAI accent). I was excited and smiling as she had promised. I agreed, and we went for a test-drive, and she gave me a real 1 on 1 talk about life, finances, and "crawling before I walk" all while explaining the features of the car. She was amazing and blew me away with her expertise. The test drive ended and I came back in to see the financial department, also known as the dungeon of doom. I prepared all my documents with Carla, and she put everything in order for the financial manager. I met Phil the sale manager, and he was just as polite and courteous as Carla. I felt very comfortable and confident in my purchase. After waiting in a room for approximately 10 minutes, a gentleman by the name of Hugh-Michel came to retrieve me, and brought me into his office(which smelled AMAZING by the way). He welcomed me, and professionally had small talk with me while getting my documents in order. He confirmed all my information, made a few jokes, and kept the transaction moving at a nice pace. He took the time to educate me abut improving credit, told me what I was doing well, and what I can work on within the next year to improve my score significantly. I took many notes and felt like I went to class for an hour. I wished someone would have informed me on this enlightened information prior in life. It was very useful not just for a car purchase, but for life in general. The numbers were punched and I painlessly purchased my first vehicle on MY terms. I was ecstatic. I will forever be grateful for Edmond HYUNDAI, and the personnel(from the sales department to the financial department) for understanding my frustrations, calming me down, assuring me, and confidently executing a professional service as a company. I came to the dealership and was immediately greeted by Richard who took time to get to know me, my interest, and my requirements for a car before showing any cars. I appreciated the respect Richard showed to myself and my requirements for my car. In addition, he was upfront with me about the ups and downs of each car and the effects that they could have on my insurance. He was able to lead me to several good cars for myself and I ended up with a car I am quite please with. Then, in the financing area, Hugh proved to be a friendly upfront person with font of knowledge in finances and credit. He took extra time to explain how everything worked for me in terms of the car, my credit in general, and how to take care of my finances. He explained the timeline of what I would need to do in securing the car and made sure to make it as easy as possible for me to do so with my schedule.
