I was so impressed with the dealership I brought back my mother and brother to purchase the car and truck that they where in need of. Every person I was in contact with there made me feel like I was playing a large roll in the decison making not like where I bought my last car where there was hidden agenda's and double talk. All 4 of the people I came in contact with made it a special day for me. I actually had know plan of getting a car I was going to shop around but with all the honesty and family like admisphere how could I not want to be a part of the Hyundai Family. I Love Edmond Hyundai and I plan on also bringing my boss in to purchase a SUV she was so impressed over the praise and excitement in my voice when I was telling her about where I purchased my Sonata she had me make a appointment for her to come in and look at SUV's. An Amazing Day My daughter had told me about a wonderful experience she had with Edmond Hyundai however I was not in the market for a new vehicle I was looking for a My daughter had told me about a wonderful experience she had with Edmond Hyundai however I was not in the market for a new vehicle I was looking for a work truck. Within days of my daughter asking LaDan and Sammie to locate a work truck they had found one. A trade in came in and the deal was simple and easy. Most places sale as is and you take it or leave it but not with Edmond Hyundai they make sure you are completely happy with your deal everything I pointed out with the truck they agreed to take care of before I took it home. Not only that they offer a warranty and roadside service better than I currently purchase through my insurance company. Needless to say that when I am in the market for a new vehicle I will be back at Edmond Hyundai. The workers really care about you not just making a sale. I walked away feeling that not only did I do them a service by shopping with them but they had did me a service in listening to what I needed and providing it. I was in need of a new vehicle and decided to ride along with her to pick her car up from getting detailed and within minutes I could see why she had purchased her car with Edmond Hyundai. Everyone I was in contact with listen to my needs and explain things to me in a manor I could understand about my credit and the best choice for buying a vehicle that would not jack my insurance rates up as I am a young man and still building my credit history. I got the car that I wanted for a long time and I couldn't be any happier if I went to the dodge dealership. The car I got is a 2013 and was a great buy. Even without asking I was given the car facts on the car before I agreed to purchase. I'm very happy with the service and people I came in contact with at Edmond Hyundai even tho I didn't buy a Hyundai I still feel a part of the the Hyundai family. One of the best qualities I experienced was he was not pushy and didn't try to keep me at the dealership. Lincoln Moore was also very helpful and energetic while reviewing the financials. I had the opportunity to buy a newer car at another dealership for just a little more money but I chose Edmond Hyundai because of the hospitality and service they offered. Pleasantly Surprised I had previously financed a vehicle through Drivetime and I had the opportunity to go through another dealership to get my next vehicle, if possible. I sent out a few feelers on dealership websites and was contacted by Shy Davis from Edmond Hyundai. After explaining to him my concerns about dealerships and my credit history, and the type of car Drivetime was offering me, he convinced me to at least give them a shot. (Plus, my parents had previously purchased through Edmond Hyundai.) When I pulled up Aaron McPherson was the first person to approach me. He was very friendly and immediately told me about their up front and honest policy, and promised they wouldn't do the thing where they get you in a car and call you a week or two later to ask for it back because they couldn't approve financing. That stuck out to me because I hadn't mentioned to anyone about how that had happened to me a few years ago, which is why I went to Drivetime and why I was hesitant to try out a big dealership. I ended up test-driving a high-end vehicle near what I could get at Drivetime to see the difference in payments, etc. between the two dealerships. However, the one I saw online wasn't available and I became hesitant on if I would be able to get financing on the vehicle I test drove. After explaining what I could do on payments Aaron was able to make it happen, which he was very confident he could do from the beginning, which was nice to hear. Aaron definitely made me feel important and respected my decision for a vehicle. A little while later I met Lincoln, who was doing the financing. He was great, friendly, funny and gave me tips on working on my credit and even some tips for the vehicle I purchased. I explained my worries with Lincoln regarding dealerships handing out cars and then asking for them back, and that I wanted to make sure financing was secure. He assured me that he certainly didn't want to have to take the car back and if he had concerns he would let me know. After getting a soft approval that same day, he called me the next day to let me know he could get financing and was very friendly and reassuring with me. Although I'm still waiting on that all to finalize (and I do realize I'm being overly cautious about the whole financing) my experience with Edmond Hyundai so far has been nothing short of amazing and I'm incredibly surprised that they were able to get me into the car I wanted, not just any car on the lot. Everyone I worked with Shy, Aaron, and Lincoln made the entire process effortless and fun. They've definitely changed me perspective of car dealerships, so far, and I'm very thankful for everything they were able to do for me. More

Do NOT do business with Edmond Hyundai! This is a bait and switch dealership. We literally agreed to pay full price on a used car. We did not ask for one single fee or penny waved. From start to finish we were there for over 4 hours signing papers and waiting on someone to become available to finish the transaction. We sign the papers and go to write the check and the Sales Manager, Sami Neal walks in and says they are not selling us the car because we weren't financing the car with them. Because we weren't financing with them, the deal was off. He said he did not have to sell us the car. He tried to tell us that we 'definitely said we wanted to finance' with them. I'm sure that when we told Ladan Taheri, our sales person, that we would pay full price and in cash, she did not think that was unclear. I have the paperwork to prove it. I have never heard of a dealership turning down a full priced cash offer on a car. They are promoting falsely advertised prices to get peoples attention but are not selling at those prices. They are scamming people out of their time and money. This should be illegal. More
