It is still a place where you have to haggle but not high pressure and Amir, my sales person, was very knowledgeable about the cars they had and stayed in my price range. I love Hyundai vehicles I will stay with them as long as I can. More

Admittedly, they tried to "sell" me a bit, but it's a dealership, and that's I went in with a fixed budget, and they found a car that worked for me. Admittedly, they tried to "sell" me a bit, but it's a dealership, and that's their job. In the end, I didn't have to leave to look for a cheaper car (as I had been fearing), they didn't try to force a more expensive car on me (as almost every other dealership had), I didn't exceed my budget, and I went home with a very nice used 2012 Elantra. Not sleazy, and not overly pushy. Seems like a legit place to shop. More
New Car Purchase at Edmond Hyundai I couldn't have had a better experience while I was here at Edmond Hyundai. As soon as I pulled up, I was greeted professionally by Mr. Amir Shams. I couldn't have had a better experience while I was here at Edmond Hyundai. As soon as I pulled up, I was greeted professionally by Mr. Amir Shams. He asked me what my interests were in coupe styles and he had three already lined up for me to look at. I ended up going with a new Hyundai Elantra. It was the best choice for me in regard to gas mileage, spacing within its cabin, and of course my budget. I automatically fell in love with the vehicle when I was able to take around the block for a test drive. During this time I asked more questions about the vehicle to Amir. He was very knowledgeable in the particular vehicle and by the time I knew it I was already parking back at the dealership. We both knew that this was the car for me once I had exited the vehicle. We went back inside to discuss the terms, and I was quite pleased with the deal that was offered with the car. Amir was no where near pushy, compared to other dealers that I had worked with in the past, and was courteous to explain any other extra concerns I had prior to heading to finance. Again, I recommend anyone who plans on purchasing a Hyundai in the future to specifically go see Mr. Shams, as it was a pleasure to work with him. Thank you Edmond Hyundai ultimately for your professionalism and customer service! More

"Great Experience" We just purchased a new Santa Fe and are very pleased with the experience from the time we walked onto the lot until we drove off in the new vehicle. We just purchased a new Santa Fe and are very pleased with the experience from the time we walked onto the lot until we drove off in the new vehicle. Our salesperson, Jimmy Haught, was very knowledgeable of the autos, pricing, and features. He listened to our needs and was very patient in showing us various options. Once we made our selection, they did not have it on the lot and found one for us that was out of state. They had the car brought in, detailed, filled with gas, and ready for us when we arrived. There was no high pressure sales involved, they listened to our budget needs and worked with us to accomplish our goals. This is our second purchase from Edmond Hyundai and we will certainly look there again when we are in the market for another vehicle. More

Worst after sales customer service I bought the car recently in August and at the time of purchase it was told that I will be getting 3 years of oil change for free. I will be getting a I bought the car recently in August and at the time of purchase it was told that I will be getting 3 years of oil change for free. I will be getting a card in the mail for the same which they also refer as royalty treatment. I never got the card in the mail and when I called to talk to the salesman he never took the call. I was asked to come and talk to sales manager to straighten this out. They also charged me for these oil changes on the purchase agreement and still are not offering the services. I will never recommend or go back to them even if they give the car for free now. This is one of the pathetic services I have received. Pathetic sales and post sales service. I wish I could give them 0 stars or negative stars. More
