Service Department bad Service My Son took his car to fix sunroof, he is in colllege from another State, the csr sat here for about a week, they kept the. car waiting on a part th My Son took his car to fix sunroof, he is in colllege from another State, the csr sat here for about a week, they kept the. car waiting on a part they said they got the wrong one, finally I told them my son needed his car, he was able to pick it up., they said they would order the correct part, weeks passed and I made another appointment, dropped off the car with the same Service man TOBY a couple days passed and I called to check if my car was ready, he said they were waiting for the part and the car was just sitting there waiting, when my Son was having a hard time getting around So I called to see if they were able to drop off the car at my his job while they get the part in, TOBY said no, I asked to speak to the Manager her name was Charlene or so, she was just making excuses for Toby , she said she would tell him to deliver the car, It was almost closing time I called again Toby said he didn't get his manager messg. but that he was going to deliver the car to my Son, I drove to Oklahoma left my car to my Son and brought his to get it fix in Texas. Two complaints! I was at the dealership way too long, over five almost six hours! My salesperson was awesome, but the guy who showed me how to use my car(this wasn't I was at the dealership way too long, over five almost six hours! My salesperson was awesome, but the guy who showed me how to use my car(this wasn't my salesperson) didn't show me much of anything. He didn't pair my phone or really show me how to use the navigation, basic stuff like that. He acted like he was in a hurry. Overall though, my experience with my salesperson was awesome! More

I corres For a couple weeks, I have been searching for a new car. During my search on TrueCare.com, I came across several deals I wanted to check out. I corresponded with multiple dealerships, but by far, Edmond Hyundai was the most attentive and upfront dealership. I told them exactly what I was looking for, and showed an example of a deal I'd found elsewhere, and they went above and beyond to meet my criteria. Instead of a used vehicle, I was able to buy a new Hyundai Elantra with everything I wanted in it within the same budget of what I was going to spend on a used vehicle. Sam Assaleh was very knowledgeable and friendly throughout the entire process. Even after the sale was done and I had to take my paperwork up there the next day, he made sure to continue making me a priority. GREAT customer service! This was the second time I've bought a vehicle from this company.The first time, I'd had received a great deal then, too, and had 0 issues with the vehicle during the 2 years I owned it. Had it not been for someone crashing into me and totaling my car, I would still be driving it. If/when the time comes to buy again, we will certainly be going back to them once again. Hopefully, Sam will still be there, too, as I would gladly trust him in helping us again. More

I was very hurt and felt very foolish of being my age and taken advantage of. I work with a gentleman named Ralph and with honesty and caring about me and belief he has about satisfying a customer, he worked very hard for me to make it right and he did. He's very knowledgeable and understanding and helped me understand the process. I really like the Hyundai cars and believe in the product. Because I am by myself, I wanted one place I could have everything done. I was very scared at first, but because of Ralph, I no longer feel this way. He is an acet to this dealership and I would recommend Edmond Hyundai for all your car needs. Thanks Ralph Debbie More
