Robbie and his team ended up making us waste over 4 hours and my wife missed an appointment because of their confusion and lack of followup. We have owned 3 previous Hyundai's and this is the 4th and we love it. Customer service needs to be stressed to Robbie, it unbelievable that a sales manager isn't the professional in this segment. I inquired regarding a vehicle in stock and he committed to getting back to me with his best deal. He did not. Four days later on 8/4/15, the vehicle appears to have been sold. I left email and phone number with him and have yet to hear back. I can appreciate that the particular vehicle may have already been part of a negotiation, but no courtesy notification is unforgivable. Based on my initial conversation with him, I believe that his behavior is likely chronic. Looking at other reviews of Edmund Hyundai, he doesn't fit with the experience other buyers are getting; maybe he was having a bad day. More
