Way too much time. I told Sam my conditions, and he kept bringing offers that greatly exceed my request. This irritated me to know in. At one point, the offer was $340 more than what I was currently paying. I again made my conditions known. He came back 2 more times with offers that greatly exceed my conditions. He finally sent my original salesman, Reed, into the office. I told Reed that I've been here for over 3 hours on some BS. I wasn't budging and Sam wasn't getting the picture. Reed understood and made the deal happen. More

Huge hassle and they lied I went in asking for a 4wd that could tow and possible take 6+ people. They brought out a Navigator that was beyond my budget (sure, that's expected) I went in asking for a 4wd that could tow and possible take 6+ people. They brought out a Navigator that was beyond my budget (sure, that's expected). I looked closely and noticed it had been wrecked. Fine, it was repaired well (I did collision for 3 years) and I'm ok as long as the price drops a lot. They didn't offer the information that it had been wrecked until I told the sales person it had. After telling them I was done haggling and was taking my family home, they caved on the price. I just wanted to get my kids home, but I was willing to keep playing the game if it was almost done. Then, it turned out that financing is also a hassle/haggle game. I knocked them down to reasonable numbers there and moved on to the ridiculous hassle that is the extra warranty. They guy there wouldn't tell me any specifics and just wanted me to sign. Well, I don't do that; I read. After finally dragging out of him what it would actually cost (with much convincing to drag it out of him) I was satisfied. So, three rounds down and we had the car. I drove it home, being told the financing would be handled and my title would arrive in a week or so. The next day, I decided to check out the AWD/4WD system that was promised it had, since the controls were nowhere to be found inside. They had lied and it was 2WD. When I called them about it, he said, "Well, you wanted on with 6+ seating and towing, right?" He didn't care and tried to talk about it like it was my fault... clearly it was: I trusted this dealer and didn't check for myself. Three (!) weeks later, I'd seen no title so I called them. Well, it turns out that they couldn't find anyone to finance it (my credit is excellent, it just had a rebuilt title) and I had to give it back. Three weeks I had this car and they didn't have the guts to call me, I had to call them. I'm attempting to envision how they could have made the experience worse... I think kicking my wife and/or children is about all they had left to take it any lower. I returned the car with two balling children, because they had gotten used to how nice the new car was and I had to give it back. More

Had to return home to Tulsa (100 mile trip) but was so impressed with Sam, I drove back to OKC just to buy from him! More

The staff was never pusher like other dealerships and showed me a range of products to meet my needs. Other dealerships would show me cars outside of my desired budget or be more focused on getting me financed before I even found what I wanted. Hyundai did a great job of giving me options and encouraging me to shop around and compare. I love my new Elantra and the extended warranty. More

The only complaint I would have is that 3 days after we left and had already signed the papers with financing agreement we received a call saying that our payments would exceed what we had originally agreed to pay per month.
