The only issue I had during my experience was the follow-up pressure sales tactics used during the post-sale paperwork session. I was taken into an office to complete the sales contracts and was then given a long sales pitch for every form of vehicle protection under the sun, and given some pretty sharp push back when I made it clear I wasn't interested. It really finished the evening on a poor note. More

The wait for my oil change was over 2 hrs. Manager comped the oil change portion. Thank you for that. If you had let me know before I received the bill I probably would have let you change the air filters yo the oil change portion. Thank you for that.
