Great friendly service, but biggest complaint is their recommended services during inspection. I got told I needed multiple immediate services to keep my car running that would have cost about $1000. However, all the recommended services they said I needed, I had completed recently or within the past year at this same dealership. Luckily I keep all my records, so I was able to go through my paperwork and then help my service advisor find the services that were completed. Keep better records so people are not paying for services they don't need or just had completed. I should not be having to go through my records and inform you what I have had done recently, thats why I bring my car to the same service shop for everything, including oil changes and tire rotation. I feel the Dealer discount on the website is misleading. I went in thinking the vehicle I picked out was going to be $15,008 only to be told I didn't "qualify" for the $6,307 dealer discount because I wasn' I went in thinking the vehicle I picked out was going to be $15,008 only to be told I didn't "qualify" for the $6,307 dealer discount because I wasn't a recent college graduate, first responder AND military. How many people qualify for all three of these??? There should be an asterisk specific to that dealer discount that refers you to EXACTLY what you must be to qualify for that discount. I also felt Brian Burton was cocky and rather rude when we told him we had another vehicle we had just checked at another dealership and he said next time he'd give us the phone number of any of dealer, because he knew them all. I thought the remark and his tone at that point was rude & condescending. This is my second purchase at Edmond Hyundai and, frankly, expected better customer loyalty treatment than what we got at that point. That being said, I am happy with my car. I enjoyed working with Kyle and, especially, Alex. I would still recommend Edmond Hyundai to family & friends. Hyundai is a wonderful car and I appreciate the people in the service department. (Please remind them to please wear their masks at all times dealing with customers. Kyle didn't wear his mask during final transactions in setting up the wi-fi, putting on paper tag, etc.) "Were you willing to spend more to get your vehicle sooner than wait until your desired vehicle price dropped?" Reason why I couldn't wait was because my 2009 Hyundai had been totaled two nights before on my way home from work at 0100 when my car hit a very large limb that had been damaged in the recent ice storms and fallen in the road due to extremely high winds. I only have one car and had to get it replaced. More
