Customer service was horrible, car still the same as when I took it in minus the trunk. Still waiting to hear from manager since 2/1/2021. Vehicle was there 2.5 weeks for a trunk handle, speaker, and shiftin I took it in minus the trunk. Still waiting to hear from manager since 2/1/2021. Friendly. Tech- Vincet is who took my order after I got in waiting area said text him or call him if I had any questions etc. I text him that I forgot to give him an oil change coupon & pls check for re in waiting area said text him or call him if I had any questions etc. I text him that I forgot to give him an oil change coupon & pls check for recalls. He did not respond. I text again to say Pls let me know if you got the text. No response. Finally I walked back over to Hyundai that is behind renovated & told clerk. He was not in service area.
