This was the worst car buying experience we have ever had. It started out good. The salesmen were friendly and helpful. Kyle was great during the test drive process. However when we went inside to look a had. It started out good. The salesmen were friendly and helpful. Kyle was great during the test drive process. However when we went inside to look at numbers it quickly turned bad. First the purchase price did not include the 3500 rebate that was being given just for purchasing a 2021 Kona. We were told that rebate only applied if we met all the requirements.. literally the only requirement is to buy a 2021 Kona. Then the trade in price was set for 4500 which was quickly raised to 9000. (Why were we given such a low ball amount to begin with?) Once we were able to agree on the purchase price, trade in and the rebate was applied they asked for job information which we gave (20,000 / delivery driver). Dallas Morgan took the information and submitted it for financial approval. He came back and said we were approved. We were taken to financing and Matthew Essington helped us. Matthew went over all of the warranty documents, signing of the trade in vehicle title and other paperwork. He left to go get the contract documents and when he returned we reviewed the loan application that was presented to us and it stated an annual wage of 40,000 and a job title of Manager. This was definitely not what we told them. We questioned the document and Matthew told us that it was fine to sign since it was already submitted and approved. We again said we didn't tell them those figures and Matthew again tried to get us to sign the document by saying it was fine and the document didn't matter since approval was done. We refused to sign the document with incorrect information and Matthew said he would fix it. We asked to talk to a manager and Brian Burton came in. Brian was extremely rude and stated "if we didn't want to buy the car then we didn't have to". We said we wanted to know why they submitted false documents. We all raised our voices and it was not a pretty scene. We asked to talk to a manager above Brian and was told there was no one available. Brian could not, or would not, explain why the documents were incorrect and walked out on us with no explanation. Matthew brought a corrected application and quickly threw the false application into the shred bin in the office and we signed it and proceeded with the purchase. By this time we had been at the dealership for 5 hours and when we were done in financing and went out to the car it had not been detailed as promised. Kyle tried to tell us that it had been detailed but there was bird poop still on the back of the car that was completely dried. He said it must have just happened because it had just been detailed. He quickly realized it wasn't and then took it to the back where they simply wiped it down. The grill still had dirt in it and the windshield still had factory stickers on it. I would never recommend this dealership for anything. We will not be coming back for servicing,oil changes or for any reason. More

The processing of my application was very fast; however, I don’t like how long it’s taking for my car to be shipped. I do understand that the down payment would need to clear before shipping the car, but i I don’t like how long it’s taking for my car to be shipped. I do understand that the down payment would need to clear before shipping the car, but if the bank has approved the loan and guarantees to send payment, then I think the car should be shipped at that point. So I’m not too happy about this but overall, I’m okay with the services. More

It seems always be an issue to get service scheduled. The phone number on the windshield sticker connected me directly to the finance department. This is the third year of my lease, and I was told 3 years ago a separate Genesis service center/sales building was almost under construction...it still has not been built. With that said, AFTER service is scheduled ALL is excellent after that. The valet was timely, and all service performed in a quick and professional fashion. More
