Grueling experience. I drove 4 hours and didn't get to the deal the salesman said until after 9 PM. Back seat had something all over it and wasn't disclosed over the phone. Overall we like our van but the the deal the salesman said until after 9 PM. Back seat had something all over it and wasn't disclosed over the phone. Should not take 2 hours for oil change, tire rotation and car wash. When I questioned why it was taking so long to do this I was told it would take a while to find out about it. In the meantime I get a phon car wash. When I questioned why it was taking so long to do this I was told it would take a while to find out about it. In the meantime I get a phone call from my mother, they had just called her to tell her that the car was done. I went over to the service area and they took my money. If this had been the first time it would have been my last. My car had probably been sitting there for an hour and a half because it was completely dry and the concrete underneath it was dry. We have bought the last three vehicles from you guys but this experience may have cost you a committed customer. More
