Liz Kanitz was great, and a very easy person to work with. She was very professional and efficient. She was very sweet and kind-spirited, and really took the time to walk us through everything on the car and how it all works, and also gave us a great test drive. She was quite helpful in picking a good seat color as we wanted leather to match the car. We were strangers when we walked in and first met, and left feeling that we had just visited with an old friend. She also mentioned that we were welcome to let her know anything we needed help with down the road concerning the vehicle, and made all the amenities you offer available to us for keeping the car in top notch condition as we will hopefully put many miles on it. Liz really should be promoted into a higher level position at Eddy's if such an opportunity should arise. We think she would be a very valuable asset to your company.
