Travis Ditch was a young man who displayed many outstanding characteristics from the time we met him until the purchase was finalized and we said, "Good-bye." First of all, Travis listened careful outstanding characteristics from the time we met him until the purchase was finalized and we said, "Good-bye." First of all, Travis listened carefully to what I had in mind. He answered preliminary questions in a manner that was easy to understand. When we began looking at cars, he commented that he thought he knew the color and car I wanted. WOW!!! Was he ever perceptive! But based on the color inside and out, as well as other features, Travis went far beyond what anyone would expect to find the exact car I wanted. The price was right, and it had more bells and whistles than I anticipated being able to get. During every part of the purchase process, Travis was there...always courteous, kind, respectful, and perceptive of whatever was needed at any given time. Travis has a great personality that allowed us to joke, even when talking business and specific details. I really appreciated that, as well as the fact that he never pushed or hurried me to think things through or make a final decision. He did the leg work for me because I am presently walking with a cane. I truly appreciated his help, attitude and patience in that respect. Travis seemed to be the young guy on the job. I noticed that several of the older salesmen teasingly gave him a hard time. I wanted to cheer for Travis! He handled them all with dignity and poise. I suspect this young guy may out-hustle and out-sell his colleagues. I want to applaude Travis for being a person (and salesman) who carries himself with integrity. I continue to be so very grateful that Travis was my salesman. Without his efforts I don't believe I would be driving my dream car today! In every way Travis Ditch earned my "Excellent" evaluation. I could not thank him enough! More
On our first visit to Eddy's, Zach Storm seemed excited to see us at the dealership and promptly started working hard to locate the vehicle we said we were looking for. It has been over 20 plus years since I or my family purchased vehicle from Eddy's. This is due to past personal experience with pushy and condesending salesmans. Initially, my husband and I weren't even consider buying from Eddy's. We were over at Mel's looking for a vehicle for our growing family when my husband took notice of Eddy's new expansion facility. Needless say, we ventured over and looked at 2013 Toyota Highlander, which we found to be exceptional in quality and accadequate for our family size. We met a young enthusiastic and friendly salesman, Erik Herrera in the lot, who later introduce us to another salesman, Anthony Cohens. Both youngmen were professional and courteous throughout the time we spent at Eddy's. They were pleasant and genuine to deal with to say the least. For the first time, it only took us only just an hour to decide and complete the purchase on the new vehicle. More

I recently purchased my second Camry from Eddy's Toyota! I love the Camry! It is a nice ride, and is also dependable and reliable, which is very, very important!! Mark listens to what the customer has to say and that is so important!! He is very personable, easy to talk to, and honest!!! I won't deal with anyone but, Mark!!! I owned my first Camry for eleven years, the dealership took very good care of me! I have had no problems with anyone at Eddy's, they have all been great!!! I enjoy and appreciate doing business with Eddy's!!! More
I went to the dealership because the key-fob on my 07 Camry wasn't working all the time. They checked it out and said I may need a new one. I was leaving and when I was at my car, again it didn't work. Camry wasn't working all the time. They checked it out and said I may need a new one. I was frustrated, so I turned to this young man and asked why it didn't work, he was kind and took the key-fob and of course it unlocked for him. In my frustration, I tried to explain what was going on, and Jacob said maybe it's time to get a new one (car) that is. I was not looking for a new car at the time, but heck I wanted to see the new Camry SE. To make a long story short, I have my car serviced at Eddy's, but I always deal for cars at Dodge City. I have bought 6 different Toyota's from them and have a great experience there, and not so much with Eddy's. But from a key-fob not working to driving out with my new Camry SE it was a great experience. Jacob and Landon both made sure to win me over to dealing with Eddy's vs Dodge City, and the experience was so different then in the past, more into what the customer wants, and not the high pressure sales. I have purchased four Toyotas from Eddy's since 1986. The last two vehicles I purchased were Camay's (2011 & 2013) Love the cars! Everyone I have dealt with at Eddy's is friendly and professional. From the service department to the sales department, I feel appreciated and comfortable being at the dealership. The new building and creature comforts are amazing! My grandson loves looking at the cars, especially the nice "Red" one on the showroom floor. I can't say enough about how well I was treated by Robert Dozal, Anthony Cohens, and Jim Elledge. Thanks so much guys for making the car buying experience actually nice! Explained everything well, showed me different options, different vehicles until I felt comfortable on the right car for me. The overall purchasing experience was excellent. The sales staff was excellent. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I did have multiple problems after the sale though. The truck was financed through USAA and the loan voucher was presented to the dealership. After several weeks the loan was still not processed and finalized because the dealership, I believe the title department, did not do anything with the voucher. I have made multiple calls to the dealership and left multiple messages with no returned calls. With USAA there is an expiration date for the loan approval for it to be finalized. I am unable to finalize the loan and the title and therefore unable to register the vehicle. Service after the sale has been very poor. More
