I have been going to Eddy's for 40 years and have always been satisfied with the service I have received. I purchased an 03' Ford Explorer in 2014 from Eddy's Toyota and a 2016 Dodge Durango from Eddy's CDR in 2016. I had an excellent experience previously but as of March 3, 2022 things changed. My salesperson, Jared, provided a great sales experience but the follow through from him, his management team and the executive team has been unacceptable. I purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu which needed work to be done due to a lug nut. I did not possession of the vehicle until March 10. I realized that the 2nd remote didn't work 3 days later. About two weeks later the check engine light came on. I communicated to the dispersion and he told me to bring it in to the dealership. I made him aware that I had already found the code was a P1101. However, since the light wasn't on when I brought it in, I had to bring it back when it was on. I brought it back when it was on and they told me that I had to come get the car and take it to the Chevrolet dealership. I scheduled another appointment when the light was on and they advised me that back in Feb that the tech noted that they couldn't resolve the issue and that it would have to be brought in again... but it wasn't addressed until now that I've purchased it. The customer relationship manager told me that the GM will not approve to fix it although this issue was prior to my purchase and brought to their attention within 2 weeks after I brought it to their attention. In a positive note, I did get my 2nd keyfob fixed. More

The representative went the extra mile to check to see if I had coverage on the leaky tire which I did. The result was the tire was replace at no cost to me. In addition the car was ready on time.
