I was looking for used. My mother was able to confirm pricing Monday evening, but needed to come back Tuesday to sign paperwork. She received a great deal on a 2014 Camry. We went back Tuesday for mom to finalize her purchase and for me to look at more cars. I looked at two, a used Camry and a new Corolla. I settled on the Corolla. Also, Johnson was ill on Tuesday so this is when we worked with Morgan. My mother completed her paperwork, and I completed my test driving by 4:30. Trying to get the car at a price we could afford was agonizing. My husband came to the dealership around 5:45. We agreed on a price about 6:20. I was going to sign paperwork and my husband would the next day because he had to leave by 6:40. I waited for over an hour and never signed anything. Morgan was very helpful, she got me a dealer's tag so I could leave an come back to sign paperwork with my husband the next day. I had told them it would be around noon. When we got there at noon, the paperwork had still not been loaded. We waited 10-15 minutes to begin. Everyone was helpful and kind, it just took way too long. There was so much waiting. Morgan was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to explain the programming process to my mother. She was patient, and did not make us feel like we were wasting her time. Johnson and Anthony were nice as well, but I would refer friends and family to Morgan. More

Thanks to Mark Smith for a pleasant car buying experience! Mark Smith didn't try to sell us a car. He took the time to find out what we were looking for and then found the vehicle that WE wanted. New Camry for me! So on this Friday i came to see if i liked the Corolla as i heard the 2014 was very sharp. When i was in the middle of driving this car, Jason asks me So on this Friday i came to see if i liked the Corolla as i heard the 2014 was very sharp. When i was in the middle of driving this car, Jason asks me if i like it and i said "ehhhh, its okay" he replied saying he could tell i was not really digging it. So instead we test drove a couple used cars including a Nissan Maxima, which was nice, but i did not like the interior of this car. Then we drove a 2012 Camry, which i really liked! In thinking of my budget that particular used car was a little over that. Jason wanted to make sure i was was getting a car i really liked because i really really loved my old car! In the midst of all of this Jason explained to me how a lease works, and it was very enlightening. After this explanation i proceeded to test drive a 2014 Camry white, beautiful car. As i was driving and Jason was showing me all the wonderful features it had to offer i was falling more and more in love! He could tell i was really liking it! So when we got back to the dealer we talked numbers of course and they were very good at getting me to the payment i wanted to be around! Then one last time Jason asked if i was ready to let go of my old Subaru. I ended up sleeping on it. I came back the following Saturday drove that white Camry one more time, and sealed the deal! I have now had it for a few days and i am absolutely in love. Jason was very knowledgeable, professional, and asked the perfect amount of questions to get me into this car! I would by from him again, and again! More
