He listen to what we wanted since we had purchased a 2011 Prius from the same dealership in 2010, we explained what happen and he assured us, he would make sure that we got exactly what we wanted, and that we were comfortible with our purchase. He made sure we had the best tires on the camray since that was an issue within the 2nd year on our prius and also assisted in setting up the bluetooth phone system and again reset it yesterday. Feel he is there 100% for his customers needs at time of purchase and after. Keep him around who knows we may trade up in another 3 years, think his goals are high for his customers needs and wants. Wasn't Expecting to Role Out with a Car My wife and I went to check on a leasing deal for the Corolla after visiting Honda and Hyundai. We disn't find any good deals on the leases. We told him we were looking around, and he told us that Eddy's would be the last place that we would go. What!!? He helped find the Corolla at the color that we liked. We got a test drive the one we liked by ourselves. I've never test drove without the salesperson. After getting back we decided to leave. Jonson went to get a Corolla book. He came back with Anthony. They discussed the car with us and asked us about what we needed. We said monthly payment was a big game changer. They said they could make our deal work for what we needed. Anthony sent Jonson out to find a Korolla (My Corolla starts with a K; my name is Kirk) that meets our cost needs. We left and checked out Hyundai, but found they weren't wanting our business. We came back to Eddy's Toyota and found Jonson. We started up the negotiations for the deal. We filled out the paperwork and Anthony after a while came back with $280/month. I forgot that I didn't go by Ford for the their deal on the 2014 Focus, so I got up to leave. Anthony and Luke began to state that I wouldn't find a better deal. I was unsure, but then Luke decided to cut the price by $40 to $240. What!? I didn't believe it. But they reassured me this was real deal. I decided to take it. I stayed. And the team figured up our paper work. I drank a Dr Pepper while I waited. I could not believe this... The allowed zero down and slashed the monthly payment!! As we waited we celebrated my lovely wife and I. I was about the role out with a Car on the same day that I came to the lot. Does this happen all the time? I don't know. It was suprising to me. When they pulled in the delivery area with my new Korolla, I was without words! Shaun that finance manager was great as well. He explained everything to us regarding the finances and insurances that we could apply. Thanks Eddy's Toyota. Jonson... My man! Anthony you were right. Jason Roberts is a GREAT salesman! I wasn't looking to get a new vehicle as I had leased a Prius in 2011, which only had a little over 18,000 miles on it. I got a few calls from Jason I wasn't looking to get a new vehicle as I had leased a Prius in 2011, which only had a little over 18,000 miles on it. I got a few calls from Jason saying that he could get me into a new 2014 Prius at a good price. I told him I thought it would be pretty hard for him to either meet or beat what I my payments were, but he insisted he thought he could. He asked me to come in and talk to him, and I finally agreed and we set an appointment. I pretty much gave Jason an ultimatum when I set the appt. & told him I'd be there at a certain time and would give him 30-45 minutes and if we couldn't come to an understanding on what I wanted on the vehicle and that payments had to be the same or right around what I was already paying, or I would walk out. True to his word, we talked, he showed me the car and I test drove it while they checked out my car, and in about 40 minutes we had a deal. I was rushed into finance to get the paperwork started but had to get going as I had to get home. I told them I'd come back the next evening to pick up the car, which I did. When I got there, Jason got me into see Jim Elledge to finish the paperwork. They had the car detailed and waiting for me. Jason showed me some of the new features and paired my phone with the Blue Tooth in the car and off I drove in my new car with payments just a little more than what I was paying on my 2011 Prius. I'm not an easy person to deal with when buying cars, but it was a good experience with Jason and the rest of the crew. I have been going to Eddy's Toyota ever since I moved to Wichita for service on my Toyota Celica and have had great experiences with the service department (minus not so good one a couple of months ago). So all in all, I would recommend Eddy's Toyota to someone looking to buy a Toyota, which I feel is a good vehicle. Thanks Jason and Eddy's Toyota! Kay Kisner More
