Over promises, fails to deliver. Twice, I’ve been Over promises, fails to deliver. Twice, I’ve been offered a “free” tank of gas with vehicle purchases from sales, but those seem to involve me ret Over promises, fails to deliver. Twice, I’ve been offered a “free” tank of gas with vehicle purchases from sales, but those seem to involve me returning to the dealership for more sales pressure. Took my pristine, detailed truck in for a simple service job, left with it looking someone carelessly sprayed it with soap water and left spots and streaks all over it. When asking for it to be corrected, I was told that the “guys” might have some time later today and that it’s company policy to “wash” incoming vehicles. If this is the care they put into washing vehicles, I can only guess what the rest of the service looks like. They seem only concerned with satisfaction surveys and not the actual customer. More

We were on vacation and our air conditioner went out. We called to see if they could see us. They were able to set up and appointment for us. We got there early and they took us in right away. They were able to run tests, determine the problem, fix it, and get us back on the road in a little over an hour. They are awesome!!!! More
