I wanted to be in and out fast! Eddy’s emailed me the credit app. In the evening after we test drove a vehicle. The next day at 9 am we had approval! We were in an out of signing in less than an hr!! I can’t express enough the satisfaction of this dealership and especially their employee Michael Page. As we turned into the parking lot of the motel where we had reservations, two engine lights a dealership and especially their employee Michael Page. As we turned into the parking lot of the motel where we had reservations, two engine lights appeared on the dash and a notice to take my auto to my dealer. Because we were over one thousand miles from my dealer, my phone showed that we were about eight minutes from Eddy’s Toyota. I tried calling but it was after hours so the next morning (7/28/2021), we drove to this dealership and explained to Mr. Page that we were passing through Wichita on our way home to Tucson, AZ and that we would appreciate anything he could do to help us. Within 10 minutes he had the car in the shop and us in the courtesy waiting area with coffee. He came back in about 15 minutes with an update that it was a safety recall and they had the part and could have it installed in about an hour. Not only was the part replaced, the car had been washed and vacuumed- it looked like new. We have since driven home to Tucson, a distance of 1078 miles and the car drives like new. This is the best dealership I have ever had any association with. If I ever drive through Wichita again I will drop in and have my oil changed or something because of the great friendly service. More
I was in the market for a new RAV4 Hybrid but the dealerships near me did not carry the model with the options I wanted to have. I was fortunate to work with Justice of Eddy's Toyota in Wichita. H dealerships near me did not carry the model with the options I wanted to have. I was fortunate to work with Justice of Eddy's Toyota in Wichita. He listened to what I was looking for and options I wanted added to the car. He then proceeded to "build" the car with all the options, the exterior and interior colors based on what I told him. He also gave me an estimate of the OTD price and the approximate ETA. He kept me updated of the progress of my order. Four weeks later, I have a brand new RAV4 Hybrid XLE Premium just the way I wanted and all the options I wanted. Thanks to Justice. He did a great job. More
Very bad service experience:*Driving my car with Very bad service experience: *Driving my car with handbrake still pressed instead of an apology I was told that's what happens when we pay 10$hr to p Very bad service experience: *Driving my car with handbrake still pressed instead of an apology I was told that's what happens when we pay 10$hr to people. *My seat was all messed up, ac setting all messed up and radio on. *After taking appointment was told 1hr and took 1.5hr for oil change and tire rotation. *I specifically told not to wash my car and guess what it was washed all wet not even dried. *Was told that they will be giving me an estimate for coming up services which needs to be done and the check list of the things they checked that never happened *I was given the key after the service was done and was told that the car is parked somewhere out side really. I had my kid with me so I let it go other then that I would have a talk with whoever was in charge. Well thanks for the service and now my cars are never coming back there. More
