It took over 5 hours to complete our purchase of a new vehicle. This process needs some adjustments. Lots of time was wasted looking at colors in inventory on computer instead of out on the lot. Bad experience. A deal was made by phone. And after a three hour drive the deal was changed to a fee of some sort was removed from sticker price. $1500 less deal was A deal was made by phone. Only because the vehicle was exactly what my daughter was looking for we reluctantly excepted. The sales lady Zoe was very sweet but that is the only good thing I can say in this review. The sales manager was assertive. He didn’t keep his word on the deal and also told us you shouldn’t wait others were coming to see car . Anything to move forward. He for sure new my daughter had her heart set on this car. If it wasn’t for her my husband and I would would have walked out in the first 20 minutes. The financial manager was over aggressive on trying to sell a warranty package. Questioning my daughter how she spent her money and trying to intimidate her into a warranty. This is in front of her parents when all of us said no thank you. I had to stop him with his pitch and step out of office a minute to keep my cool. This was my daughter’s first car purchase and it was supposed to be a great milestone. It ended up being a lesson that people do try and take advantage. They take great lengths to try and influence.
