The best part is that I never felt pressured into purchasing a car that I was not interested in. I also appreciate his patience, as this was my first time buying a car. The process was much easier than anticipated. Only star off was the financial department. Felt like I was being pressured into purchasing things that I had already given a clear answer for and the process felt like it dragged on even after I said I understood all terms and conditions.
