Terrible service. 3 times they tried to stabilize me car. It still vibrates. I am leaving the country for 3 months now. I called to schedule a recall for my vehicle and set up an appointment. After arriving the first time for the scheduled appointment, I was told they don’t have the part and had to reschedule. I scheduled a an appointment. After arriving the first time for the scheduled appointment, I was told they don’t have the part and had to reschedule. I scheduled another time, arrived for the second appointment day and I was told that they would have to keep my vehicle overnight in order to do the recall. None of this was explained the first or prior to the second time. I was then told that due to some fender damage, they can only do one of the recalls, that way they could do it the same day but I would have to forgo the second recall without paying for repairs. The fender damage was known the first time yet no mention was made of it being kept overnight or repairs needed prior to the necessary recall work. Very poor customer care since my time was wasted, and I had the feeling that I was told the fender repairs were needed just so that they didn’t have to do the recall work. More
