My vehicle was scheduled for service Tuesday. Due to forecasted bad weather, I dropped it off Monday evening. I expected a call Tuesday informing me that it was ready for pickup. I was told that a filter needed to be ordered and that my vehicle would be ready in a couple hours. At around 3pm, the call arrived informing me that my routine scheduled service was completed and that the vehicle was ready for pickup. I arrived, paid for the service, went to my vehicle which was just sitting there in a parking slot, and started it, only to find, much to my disgust, a low-tire-pressure indicator. They had the car for two full days and hadn’t even checked the tire pressure?! Are yo kidding me?! So, back to the service desk I went. 20 minutes later my vehicle was brought to the front for me to take home. This was my first experience at this dealership. I went there because I was told that they could service my Kia Sedona and they are here in town, not 30 minutes away. However, after this experience, I will be hard pressed to return there. More
We made an appointment for service regarding a recall. We arrived and were checked in on the appointed date. About 15 minutes later a service person told us they had gotten the info they needed from the vin number and they would have the part within a week. So a lack of communication on their part cost us a morning, gas and a toll, only to have to return when the part is actually available. More
