We visited to buy a used Lexus GX. Salesman (Zion) was reasonably knowledgeable but was playing games on his phone during the test drive and while discussing the deal at his desk. They will decline sale of the car if you don't want to buy protection plan and other crap that adds up to over $2300, they said it is not optional. My spouse brought her car to the dealership and according to the service agreement the car should have received a wash and that did not happen. After they installed the breaks the brakes began to rattle when stopping, the pedal reaction time was delayed, or the brakes would not engage. The tech also put the wrong size tires on the car. The service dept waited for my spouse to call at 5pm knowing the car was sitting in the driveway. Then the ignorant service advisor named Phil Laugh at the whole debacle and thought it was FUNNY. No bad service compensation or remedy was ever offered to due to the danger and inconvenience my spouse was put in. Ed Voyles should do better lets see if the GM responds to my spouses email. More

We worked with both Bryan and Gabi - I spoke with Bryan on the phone and over email about the car I was interested in during the week. Then, Gabi took over when we came in on Saturday. We purchased a used vehicle and were able to get the entire transaction completed in about 2 hours. Gabi and Bryan were great to work with. Then we also really enjoyed our time with Bob (I think his name was Bob) in finance. Thanks for helping make this car-buying process efficient and seamless! We are very pleased with our new (to us) vehicle! More
Not helpful in times of need during warranty claim. The dealership and manufacturer has successful approved the steps to determine that it is a warranty claim on the engine, and has not provided me a loane dealership and manufacturer has successful approved the steps to determine that it is a warranty claim on the engine, and has not provided me a loaner vehicle. The manufacturer provides reimbursement for a car rental upon repair of the vehicle, however, they had my vehicle for now for 10 weeks. Who rents a vehicle for ten (10) weeks? Not me, and then I have the uncertainty of a full reimbursement upon the completion of my warrantied vehicle repair. More

I DID NOT originally purchase this car from Ed Voyles but I brought it to their service department for diagnosis after taking it to 3 other shops who were unable to diagnose its problem. It was an intermittent problem that seemed impossible to diagnose and ultimately it was determined that it would cost more than the car was worth to fix it. I lost a lot of hard-earned money on this car and was left without reliable transportation as a result. I was in shock at this point. John Higham the general manager at Ed Voyles Hyundai in Smyrna was sensitive to my plight and promised to help me find a replacement vehicle. He tasked his staff to keep an eye out for a suitable car and enabled me to purchase a very nice low mileage reliable car at a great price that I could afford after my significant financial loss. I know in this inflated used car market he could have sold this car to another person for much more money however, he totally kept his word and I was treated like a V.I.P. by every person there who helped me through this process. Bryan Nelson was my salesperson...knowledgeable, patient, kind, non-pressuring; he went way above and beyond in order to help me feel comfortable and confident with this purchase. I would highly recommend Bryan as a salesperson. Thank you all so very much for making this happen for me I feel li like a huge load of worry has been lifted off my shoulders. You kept your word-- and then some--- This was an incredible act of kindness. You have earned my trust and I am so appreciative of everyone's efforts, responsiveness, follow-through, and exceptional customer service. You have totally turned around my previous used car misfortune, restored my belief that quality people do exist and they will do the right thing to help a person in need and will honor their word with action.
