I went in simply to look and do a bit of comparison shopping. Left buying my new vehicle! Couldn't have asked for better service! Even when it came to financing, every consideration was given for m shopping. Left buying my new vehicle! Couldn't have asked for better service! Even when it came to financing, every consideration was given for meeting my needs. I was given options and never felt pressure to make a choice that was out of my comfort zone. Time was taken to explain every thing presented to me until I understood as if I were the only customer in the show room. More
Started out fine with a salesman running through the vehicle (Genesis) features. We decided on a a car, negotiated a price and started filling out the paper work. After the the price was finalized, paperwork filled out the games began. The salesman came back and said "he could not honor the price quoted". He messed up the quote so they insisted I pay for their mistake. It was less than $200. I refused. I had them tear up the paperwork and walked out. This is shoddy business practices. There are plenty of other Hyundai Dealers in the Atlanta area. Do yourself a favor and avoid Ed Voyles Hyundai. More
I went in to have my transmission checked (2005 Sonata 70k). Brett told me he will place the car on a machine to find out what is wrong. He took forever to get back to me. I had to call several times to 70k). Brett told me he will place the car on a machine to find out what is wrong. He took forever to get back to me. I had to call several times to find out what was wrong. When I finally spoke to Brett he said I needed a new transmission and it would cost $2300.00. Really? Well, I proceeded to ask what is wrong with the transmission and he started ramble off some mechanic BS….. The whole time my brother was on the line (which works on cars)....my brother finally chimed in and called his bluff. My brother told him he need to find out what is actually wrong with the transmission before he say a new one is needed. I know the dealership game...tell the dumb young lady that she need a new this and that so we can fix the minor problem and resale the transmission and also get money for the new one plus labor. So, I guess it’s true mechanics do try to get over on woman. My advice fellow ladies…… HAVE A KNOWLEDGABLE PERSON WITH YOU WHEN TAKING YOUR CAR IN FOR MAJOR SERVICE! More
When first sending the vehicle to EdVoyles Hyundia Kia they were unable to get the vehicle to duplicate the problem, however, they stuck with it and didn't just start repairing random parts to see if it w they were unable to get the vehicle to duplicate the problem, however, they stuck with it and didn't just start repairing random parts to see if it worked. They took their time to find the correct solution! We have not had any further problems with what they corrected. More
I bought a new Genesis at Ed Voyles Hyundai in January, 2009. The sales experience was fine and the service has been fantastic! Rob Stover has been great to work with, and the Service Manager (sorry, don 2009. The sales experience was fine and the service has been fantastic! Rob Stover has been great to work with, and the Service Manager (sorry, don't recall his name offhand) fixed a warranty problem no questions asked. Could not be more pleased, and I also have a Lexus and a Mercedes. I get better service at Ed Voyles Hyundai than I get at my Lexus or Mercedes dealers for far less money. More
After visiting the location on a Sunday and receiving no assistance, I opted for email communication. I was met with a condescending attitude and a generally disrespectful tone while attempting to negotiate assistance, I opted for email communication. I was met with a condescending attitude and a generally disrespectful tone while attempting to negotiate. The internet sales consultant, Lanny Lee, was extremely insulting in his responses. Instead of just simply saying "I can't do that" or "here is what I can do" he proceeded to almost bully me on the figures I was giving him, which I had gotten from edmunds, so I know they were reasonable. This was his first reply to me, which ended the negotiations very promptly. As I received poor service both at the store and online I would advise against this dealership and Lanny Lee specifically. I was met with a much better attitude at Cherokee Hyundai in Kennesaw. More
I had been researching a new vehicle purchase for about six months. Everything had to fit. How much I would spend, gas mileage, color and quality of vehicle. I had already been to 2 dealers, one didn't lik six months. Everything had to fit. How much I would spend, gas mileage, color and quality of vehicle. I had already been to 2 dealers, one didn't like that I had already secured my own financing and insisted I use theirs. I walked. The second took a deposit for a car that never came. I took a chance and went into Ed Voyles Hyundai to check out a car I had located on the web after viewing over 500 vehicles. I found everything I needed. The perfect car at a great price, the best sales person and the peace of mind that my next vehicle purchase will only take one trip to Ed Voyles. More
