Izzy is AWESOME!!!!! He made my experience the best at the dealership. I orginally went in for an oil change on my 2010 Hyundai Accent and Izzy walked up and intoduced himself and told me that the ywere h the dealership. I orginally went in for an oil change on my 2010 Hyundai Accent and Izzy walked up and intoduced himself and told me that the ywere having a sale, and asked if I would like to look around. As I walk outside the first thing I see is a 2013 Hyundai Elantra in my favorite color, blue. I made a mental note of it and kept looking around but I knew that was going to be the one. So Izzy brought me the keys and let me test drive it and I was in Heaven! My first question when we got back to the dealership was "Can I get something to eat?" I told him that I was a diabetic and my sugar was low, so Izzy took me to lunch then we came back and did the paper work on the car. I really appreciate the way he looked out for me when he didn't have to. I signed the paper work and drove my new car home that day. And to think, I only came in for an oil change!? THANK YOU IZZY!!!!!! More
My Dad (age 82) had been in a serious accident (the first accident he has ever had) and his car was at Marietta Wrecker. He suggested we go to Ed Voyles but I told him we planned to go to another dealership. After we left, I called Gary and asked him where Ed Voyles is located. He called Josh (the Used Car Manager) and told him we were coming. The moment we pulled into the lot and got out of my car, Izzy Vargas welcomed us with a big smile and hello. We told him we would like to see Josh and he took us inside. Josh came out to meet us and then put us in Izzy’s capable hands. From then on he made us feel comfortable and we felt like he really cared. He was very sensitive to the fact that my Dad was very nervous and he was extremely patient with him which definitely scored points with me. He listened to the things we were saying concerning what we were looking for, our budget and our needs. He made suggestions on different vehicles but was never pushy which is extremely important to me. A pushy salesman will turn me off quickly!! We went for a test drive (my Dad’s first time behind the wheel since his accident) and Izzy was so patient and reassuring with him. Dad decided to buy the 2010 Hyundai Elantra and we began the financing process. Darryl Nesmith did his “research” and got us the best financing rate we could get anywhere. He showed us all of the options we had for different “warranty plans” but was never pushy … always considerate to our budget and needs. I won’t get into everything that took place because I’d be writing forever, but I can honestly say that this was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Josh, Izzy and Darryl did everything in their power to make us happy and satisfied!! We had an extremely positive experience with all of the staff we came in contact with. Thank you for a great experience and we will definitely recommend Ed Voyles to everyone we know. I also know that this is where I will go when I am ready to replace my car. I have purchased a number of vehicles from Ed Voyles and will continue to do so with this team they have in place. This was my first time working with Izzy and it was an absolute pleasure. He was patient with me and answered all of my questions which was great. He wasn't pushy which is really important and I could tell that he had my best interests in mind. I actually went to speak with the Manager (Jeff Elliott) and he was not available at the time. Izzy jumped in and asked if he could help. That was proactive and I appreciated it. That is just the type of person that Izzy is, proactive and eager to help in any way possible. The entire staff at Ed Voyles is absolutely amazing. Jeff Elliott is a fantastic manager and his team is a direct reflection of him. I will ALWAYS buy my vehicles from them moving forward. Shannon was very friendly person and tried to help me as much as he could. But I am still bit disappointed for the price as I found out later that other dealer was giving same vehicle at little cheaper rate much as he could. I have bought a few vehicles in my time and this will be remembered as one of my best experiences. I did my homework on my existing vehicle and was realistic when I walked in the door. Conley put me with Izzy Vargas and right away it was a great personality match. We got to work on my trade before we even walked the lot - we talked finances, price, needs, etc, before we walked the lot. Once we squared all that away our options were narrowed down for us and then a test drive - about an hour later we were out the door in our new Hyundai Sonata. The Team ad Ed Voyles was helpful, knowledgable, and even entertaining! More
We first looked for a new car about two years ago. We went to a Toyota dealer in a nearby town and the experience was horrible. They treated us like they wanted to make a sale but didn't care about our needs. So initially I was extremely nervous when we pulled into the lot. The moment we pulled into the lot and got out of our car, Izzy, our sales person that day, welcomed us with a big smile and hello. From then on he made use feel comfortable. We proceeded to go inside and start talking business. During the whole process, Izzy was trying everything he could to make us comfortable and make us feel like he cared about our needs and how much we were willing to spend. He got to know us and we got to know him. He was extremely polite and helpful. After it was all said and done, I did not feel pressured or anxious. We ended up walking away with our brand new Hyundai Elantra Touring. I wanted to do the survey because Izzy needs to be recognized for his superior customer service and also recognizing the company for caring about their customers. Thank you for a great experience and we will definitely recommend this establishment to everyone we know. More
Izzy actually listened to my issue and my concerns with my last experience with my last Hyundai. Five months ago I purchased a Veloster form another Hyundai dealership and wasn't happy with the car only b my last experience with my last Hyundai. Five months ago I purchased a Veloster form another Hyundai dealership and wasn't happy with the car only because it was slow in its take off. I told Izzy that I had attempted with my last dealer to get a deal done on a Genesis Coupe. My last dealer didn't seem to want to make me a deal there attempts weren't serious and when I pushed back on it there was no attempt to counter then 1st offer. I also told Izzy that when the 1st 2013 Genesis coupes came out that my dealer called me and told me quote "it had my name on it" my dealer still didn't want to deal and never contacted me again. After telling Izzy all of this he told me to bring the Veloster in and he would work and see what he could do. At the end we got a deal done on the Coupe at a reasonable monthly rate and Izzy even made me feel good about the decision and this professional treatment slipped over to my dealings with finance. Our overall experience was GREAT! Shannon Ballard was extremely helpful on answering our questions and concerns with regards to our new car purchase.
