I was so impressed with the competent service I received from my salesman. Timothy Whitehead was vrey knowledgeable and patient with me. YES I BOUGHT A 05 DODGE DAKOTA TRUCK FROM Y'ALL BACK IN APRIL THIS YEAR.HAD IT 4 MONTHS AND HAD TO HAVE TRANSMISSION PUT IN IT WHICH I BELIEVE IT NEEDED THE TRANSMISSION BEFORE I BOUGHT IT.THEY ADDED A WAR APRIL THIS YEAR.HAD IT 4 MONTHS AND HAD TO HAVE TRANSMISSION PUT IN IT WHICH I BELIEVE IT NEEDED THE TRANSMISSION BEFORE I BOUGHT IT.THEY ADDED A WARRANTY IN ON IT THAT I DIDN'T ASK FOR BUT JUST OUT OF THE KINDNESS OF THERE HEARTS THEY PUT IT IN THERE.IN A PIGS EYE.I THINK THEY KNEW IT WAS GONNA NEED A TRANSMISSION BEFORE I BOUGHT IT AND IT WAS THERE WAY OF HAVING ONE PUT IN AND IT DIDN'T COST ED VOYLES A SINGLE DIME.FROM THE VERY FIRST DAY I HAD IT THE ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AND I TOOK IT BACK THAT MONDAY AND EVEN TALKED TO A MANAGER WHO TOLD ME IT JUST A BAD SENOR OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT AND GIVE IT 30 DAYS AND HE WOULD KEEP IN TOUCH AND IF ENGINE LIGHT STILL COMES ON THEY WOULD FIX IT.NEVER HEARD ANOTHER WORD OUT OF HIM.FINALLY TOOK IT TO HAVE DIAGOSTICS RUN ON IT TO SEE IT WAS TRANSMISSION AND THAT IT WAS GONNA COST ME 250 DEDUCTABLE TO HAVE IT FIXED WHICH WAS MORE B.S.BY ALL PAPER WORK I HAD IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN 100 DEDUCTABLE.IT WAS A BAD DEAL FROM THE GET GO AND SHOULD HAVE HAD MY HEAD EXAMINED FOR MAKING SUCH A DEAL.WISH I KEPT MY SONOMA.IT WAS A WHOLE LOT BETTER RUNNING TRUCK.I WILL NEVER BUY NOTHING ELSE FROM ED VOYLES HYUNDAI OR ANY OTHER CAR LOT THAT HAS HIS NAME ATTACHED TO IT.ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS ALREADY KNOW WHAT HAPPEN AND THE ONES THAT DON'T WILL. My rating were based from the time I entered the building till the time I left. It was a great experience, and totally recommend this dealership over any other dealership. My experience with this dealership from right after I bought the car has been nothing but an imcompetent mess with misinformation. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I have been buying cars for many many years and our sales person Tim Whitehead was professional and kind in every way. Like I always say PRICE SELLS CARS and this was a 2012 with some mileage on it but several thousands less than the Myrtle Beach area. I called the Raleigh Area dealership that had a similar car and price and told me the sale was over yesterday and it was still on Car Gaurs at the lower price. The old false information story. I made a mistake in purchasing a 2012 Hyundai Genesis from this dealership. I have an issue with tire vibration that the service department refuses to address and they took 6 weeks to payoff the trade. T from this dealership. The sales manager never returned my calls regarding the payoff of the vehicle that I traded in. I had to call the Hyundai corporate office in order to get my traded vehicle paid off. I WILL NEVER BUY A HYUNDAI AGAIN!!!! I am going to get rid of this vehicle as soon as possible. RUN FROM THIS DEALER!!!! More
