I am a very plain talking person. I asked for the best price they could give, and did not like it. I left the dealership. Due to circumstances, I received an upgrade because the car I was expecting to be delivered fron another dealership had been sold. So I received the upgrade car, at the same price agreed upon for the one that had been sold. Altogether, Josh and Spencer were extremely sensitive to my requests and feelings, worked in a very professional manner to achieve the agreement on the car. I can give them the very best recommedation, and consider anyone who works with them on a car purchse very lucky. I can also recommend Rob Stover as an extremely good service representative. He has served me very well during the past seven years. I have had only two problems in these seven years, and they taken care of by Rob. Overall, Ed Voyles Hyundai has exceeded my expectations in each and every dealing I have had with them over the past seven years.
