I have to admit that I do not like dealerships and have been buying from Carmax for the last 10 years. However, I was treated fair and respected at Ed Voyles Hyundai/Kia. I am very happy with my extended warranty and how hard they worked to get me the best rate from the bank. Our salesmen, James Robichaud, was exceptional. My husband convinced me to test drive the Optima even tho I had no plans to buy it. I've recommended him to my friends because he goes that extra mile to follow up as well as handle all calls I've made with questions since buying the car. Our first Hyundai was the 2011 Sonata SE, purchased November 2010. Unfortunately, my husband was in an accident. Even though the car was a total loss, we were blessed that he was able to walk away fr November 2010. Unfortunately, my husband was in an accident. But not only was our decision based on him walking away from the accident, but whenever it was due time for maintenance, Rob always taken great care of us and Courtney is always a delight when he is taking us to or picking us up from work, when we have dropped off our car. On my way home I stopped by to start the footwork for our search of our next car. Cecil greeted me and asked how he could help. I proceeded to tell him what happened and what we were looking for. We set up a time for my husband and I to come in the next day and he was ready with the models we were interested in. We settled on a 2013 Sonata Limited and have feel that if our previous experiences had not been as enjoyable, we would not have returned to the same dealership. After dealing with 3 car dealers prior it was refreshing to have someone listen to me and not think about their bottom line. It was all about me! I left the same day with a brand new Alantra Limited and a cost that was cheaper than I was anticipating. He has even put up with me calling back asking questions. I plan to come back in a few years for another car. All in all I would recommend this Dealership and Sasan highly. This was the best car buying experience I've every had! More

The service, energy, and care that I was given by the associate, Sasan, exceeded the 3 dealerships combined. The dealership was very professional but had a friendly, no pressure vibe. I did quite a bit of research on the car that I wanted before visiting, but the few questions I had were answered thoroughly. After taking my Elantra Gt for a test drive, I was set on buying it. After moving inside we negotiated the price and they were able to work with me to get the options I wanted at a fair price. The entire process was described to me clearly so I understood what to expect. Before I left with my new car, I was shown how everything in the car worked and Sasan helped me pair my phone to the radio system. The dealership also worked with me to get roof rails installed on my car. The service department was clean and had free wi-fi which was a huge plus as I could continue working while they did the install. I would recommend the Elantra GT and the dealership to anyone seeking a new car. More
